Smoking in the house or causing the home to smell like it was smoked in results in a $500 smoke removal fee and the reservation will immediately terminated with no refunds. No smoking in the courtyard with the doors open.
The garage and cleaning closet will remain locked during your stay and are off limits to guests.
If you rent out the premises, you agree to take on all liability for any damage you may cause to the property, normal wear and tear excepted. You agree to indemnify and hold Hosts harmless for any personal injury you or your invitees may suffer while on the premises.
