This is a Superior 3BR Condo Apartment very impressive and fully furnished with 3 bedrooms / 2 baths. It has 1,220 sqft in a quiet and safe community, the apartment has a community pool, gym, tennis court and free parking, free wifi.

The large master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private master bath. The additional bedrooms feature walk in closets with a double size bed in the 2nd and 2 bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. This condo is good to accommodate up to 8 people.

This condo is located on the first floor which is perfect for disable guests. No stairs.

The property has been professionally staged and decorated with high quality mattresses and Roku Tv's on each bedroom, as well as Fully Equipped Kitchen that has everything you could possibly need, you just need to bring your clothes for a fabulous vacation.

You'll enjoy the convenient location of this residence just under 20 minutes from Disney World, close to Universal theme parks, Orlando's famous shopping, excellent golf courses and incredible restaurants.

Pets are welcome on request with additional pet fee.

The property was 100% better than first property. Because the first property was terrible and one closet had mold, two rooms light switches didn't work, the bathroom ceiling had leak hole and few things more. The second property looks like they were doing maintenance because it was some contruccion material in the back porch and the master bedroom bathroom was not finished, also the some windows blinds were broken or missing and some closet doors were broken.I want to say thank you to Mr Tomas the property manager for saving our trip to Kissimmee because I spoke to him around 7pm and he changed our reservation and give us a 100% much better place to stay.

Close to a lot of attractions but not in the middle of the busy areas. Quiet location with a small pond behind.

This property is in poor condition. There is a leak in the hallway causing major water damage to all of the trim work and flooring. There is constantly a wet area there that we continuously had to step in. The light switches did not work in two of the bedrooms. The owner was notified and kept saying a maintenance person would come but they never did. The bathroom had mold all over the windows and ceiling. The pictures provided in the listing did not match the interior of the apartment we were given. The a/c worked and the beds were cleaned so we stayed the entire trip but it was not a great place.
