About this property
Seacliff Haus Walk to Beach Jetty and Local Dining
Just a short walk from the Esplanade, this home places you moments from Seacliff and Brighton Beach, the jetty, walking trails, and a lively mix of cafés and restaurants. Start the day with a beach walk before returning to a light-filled retreat. Inside, enjoy two living areas, a modern kitchen for easy meals, and seamless access to a private patio and garden with a BBQ. With central air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, and on-site parking, it’s a comfortable base for your coastal escape.
This seaside retreat blends fresh coastal style with everyday comfort, creating a welcoming space to slow down and settle in. Inside, the main living area is bright and open, designed for comfortable, laid-back living with plush seating and easy access to the outdoors. A second living area, created from part of the garage, offers a cosy TV retreat — perfect for quiet evenings, kids’ downtime, or a separate relaxation space.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, with quality appliances, generous bench space, and a Nespresso machine for easy mornings. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar for casual meals or gather at the dining table for longer shared dinners.
Step out to the covered patio, where an outdoor lounge, seating, and a gas BBQ make alfresco dining effortless. It’s an inviting spot to ease into the morning with coffee, gather for family meals, or relax outdoors after a day at the beach.
When it’s time to rest, the bedrooms offer peaceful, well-styled retreats. The primary bedroom is a serene space, with a queen bed, a walk-in robe, and an ensuite for added privacy. The second bedroom offers another queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a double bed. These rooms are serviced by a main bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, while the fully equipped laundry with a washer and dryer adds everyday convenience.
A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair provides a comfortable setup for remote work. Central air conditioning ensures year-round comfort. While the garage is not accessible, there is convenient driveway parking for one vehicle, plus street parking nearby.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
Just two streets back from the Esplanade, this home sits moments from Seacliff Beach, known for its wide sandy shoreline and calm swimming conditions. Stroll to the water for morning swims or follow the foreshore path north toward Brighton Jetty, a famous spot for sunset walks.
The coastal trail links directly to the Seacliff Surf Life Saving Club and the Brighton & Seacliff Yacht Club, while opposite the beach, Angus Neill Reserve offers a family-friendly park with playgrounds, BBQs, and open lawns.
A short walk inland brings you to Brighton Road’s dining strip, with local favourites including Mr Le’s Vietnamese Food, Juniper and Pine Cafe, The Good Tiger, and Francesca’s Pizza & Sandos. Glenthorne National Park is just a six-minute drive for walking trails and bike rides. Adelaide Airport is around 20 minutes away for easy travel.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
