Sanctuary Vacation Rentals is proud to present "4062 Pretty Perfect Penthouse"! This condominium vacation home sleeps up to 2 guests.
Walk to boutique shops, galleries and world-class restaurants from this fantastic Carmel-by-the-Sea location!
Small and quiet condominium complex has security doors about 10 steps up from the street level. Units are likewise elevated from street level and this unit is a third floor penthouse with no neighbors above. Once inside, there are several steps.
An attractive open-concept living area greets you upon entering the condo. The elevated third-floor 1,150 sf unit enjoys ocean views over the city of Carmel-by-the-Sea. The gas fireplace in the living room is perfect for cool evenings and a wifi-enabled Smart TV is on hand for binge-watching your favorite shows. (Guests should bring the logins to their own streaming subscription platforms.)
The attractive fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a smooth electric stove top. The kitchen is adorned with solid countertops, tile backsplash and warm-toned cabinetry. An adjacent dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together when you want to dine-in, and when you want to dine-out, just take a stroll to a nearby restaurant.
The bedroom has a king bed and a TV, and the bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination with clear glass doors and custom tile surround.
Parking for one car is located in the shared, underground garage. Street parking has strict time limits and is available on a first come, first served basis. Street parking can be lean and is strictly timed during the day.
In addition to the in-unit side-by-side washer and dryer, the complex has a communal washer and dryer located in the garage basement area.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
