You’ll enjoy full use of the home during your stay. Please note that a small number of cupboards are locked for storage purposes

You will have private enjoyment of the property but I live in Coffs Harbour and am available 7 days a week between 6am - 9pm for any assistance.

Getting around and exploring the region is best by car. There is a 2 car secure garage plus extra onsite parking.
To avoid additional charges and to keep cleaning fees as low as possible for other guests, please leave the place reasonably clean and tidy by:

** Using the outdoor shower at front door to remove any sand before entering the property
** If you use the beach towels located in the laundry, please wash and dry after use
** Cleaning dishes and emptying dishwasher before departure
** Cleaning the BBQ after use
** Removing rubbish and placing in the wheelie bins at the side of house. If you are staying on a Tuesday night, can you please take bins out to the street for collection.
