This sunny, north-facing ground-floor apartment sits right on the Noosa River and is all about laid-back holiday living, with a private courtyard that’s perfect for morning coffees or sunset drinks.
Inside, it’s comfy and fuss-free. You’ve got air conditioning, an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, and a bright living and dining area with a Smart TV for chilled nights in. Big sliding doors open straight onto the furnished courtyard, so indoor-outdoor living comes naturally — river views and sea breezes included.
The river is basically your backyard. Go for a paddle in a kayak, try your luck fishing, hop on a boat, or just take a swim and watch the world float by. If slowing down is more your thing, riverside walks and lazy afternoons in the sun are part of the deal.
You’ll also have access to a swimming pool, private jetty, and off-street parking, making everything easy from the moment you arrive.
And when it’s time to eat (or grab a coffee), Gympie Terrace is just steps away. Think great cafés, waterfront restaurants, and that classic Noosa vibe. Perfect for couples, families, or anyone who loves being close to the water.
