Whether you are wanting to ski to your heart's content during winter or are aiming to hike along the peaks nearby, you won't have to venture far. Mammoth Mountain Ski Area offers unlimited runs for all experience levels just four and a half miles from your front door! Come summer, the golfers of the group can indulge in a round of 18 in the mountain air at Sierra Star Golf Course or Snowcreek Golf Course. Last, but certainly not least, a day trip to Yosemite National Park is 45 miles from your front door!

-- Please remember to bring your own Pool/Hot Tub towels. We only provide regular sized towels for your stay.

-- Shared community gas grills are only available during Summer months.

-- Charcoal BBQs are not permitted at this complex.

-- While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
