Hotel Policy:



Resort Fee

The hotel charges a $35 Resort Fee (plus tax) per room per night. The Resort Fee includes two beach chairs, an umbrella and towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, a welcome beverage, year-daily access to live music and programing at the restaurant, and conciergerie services.



La Vida Cañita Meal Plan Rate

Stay the night, then taste your way through La Cañita. This Miami escape includes a stay in one of our luxe guest rooms and a Cuban-Caribbean tasting dinner for two featuring four courses: handmade empanadas and croquetas, an appetizer, main, and dessert. Beverages, taxes, and gratuity are not included. Based on availability. Conditions apply.



Deposit & Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a one-night deposit plus tax. Reservations that fall within current promotions and/or special event dates may require a full-stay deposit. Reservations must be canceled by 4PM hotel time 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a one-night fee plus tax. Reservations that fall within current promotions and/or special event dates are subject to different cancellation policies.



Check- In Policy

Guests must be 21 years of age and must present a valid payment method and ID to check in.



Smoking Policy

Casa Canita is a non-smoking property. If you wish to smoke, please join us outside at the restaurant! The hotel will assess a $250 deep clean fee if the non-smoking policy is violated.



Pet Policy

Dogs under 50 lbs. allowed subject to room availibility; larger dogs need special clearance during the reservation process. A deep-clean fee of $150 applies to all reservations.

The hotel waives this fee if you book directly.



Security Deposit

A $150 security deposit will be charged at check-in and refunded to your card within 2 days after check-out.
