Guests have full access to the entire townhouse, including the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony, carport, and service yard.

Community amenities such as the playground, and roof deck are available to our guests. Event and function rooms are available only through separate booking with the property management.

Clubhouse comes with a shared 45 sqm, non-heated swimming pool. Free for the first 4 guests. PhP100/pax for additional guests. Pools operates from 7am to 10pm. Note that there’s no stationed lifeguard. Pool towels are not provided.

Billiards have been added to the clubhouse! Guests are welcome to use it on a first-come, first-served basis. Enjoy and have fun!

After your booking, all guests are required to complete the registration. The host will send you a link to the registration form. Please provide the details of all guests and vehicles, along with the IDs of all guests.

Only registered guests and vehicles will be allowed to enter the compound.
