Watch a panoramic sunset every night in this amazing beachfront home. Sit on your private balcony with wine and cheese before crossing the road to wander down the path to the beach for a swim or snorkle in the deep blue waters. Then walk along the beach and feel the white sand between your toes. Feel the warm sea breeze and smell the salt air as you watch the surfers or kite surfers. Then have a picnic on the beach. This 3 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom home has everything you need and more.

It takes 30 minutes to walk or 5 minutes to drive to Hillarys Boat Harbour for a whale spotting cruise, to choose from many restaurants, or for a day trip to Rottnest Island to see wild quokkas (like small kangaroos). It is 30 minutes drive to the CBT, and from most of Perth's attractions such as Kings Park, the zoo, and Fremantle, as well as major sporting and entertainment venus. There is also a small but comprehensive shopping centre 5 minutes walk from the house.
