It is 30 minutes drive to the CBT, and from most of Perth's attractions such as Kings Park, the zoo, and Fremantle, as well as major sporting and entertainment venus. There is also a small but comprehensive shopping centre 5 minutes walk from the house.

You will love the complete independence and privacy in this home. You have exclusive. Use of the house, parking and balcony. You can also have a warm private outdoor shower when you want to rinse off after a beach swim.
