This isn’t just a house; it’s the permanent home of the owner, filled with personal touches and cherished details that make it truly special. From stylish furniture and unique artwork to themed rooms and a stunning garden, every corner of this property reflects the owner’s passion for creating a warm and inviting space.
— Tree House —
A magical addition to the property! This charming treehouse offers a playful escape and a unique spot for relaxation or entertainment.
— New Split AC systems —
The house has recently been upgraded to a split system as part of the Victoria energy-saving initiative. New air conditioning units, featuring both heating and cooling capabilities, have been installed in each room. Please refrain from using the central cooling and heating systems, as they have been disabled following the installation of the split system.

This is the permanent home of the owner of the house, as per the house rule - please remove your shoes at the entrance to maintain cleanliness and hygiene indoors. We do provide indoor slippers but feel free to bring your own ones.
* Strictly no pets, if you bring your pets without permission, we will have to ask you to leave without refund.
* If you are considering using the premise for commercial use, please contact beforehand. There will be additional charges involved.
* Important Notice: Council Rubbish Collection Guidelines
* Please be aware that the local council enforces strict regulations regarding waste disposal. Kindly adhere to the following rules:
1. The red bin is for general waste only. All rubbish must be securely wrapped in bags before disposal.
2. The yellow bin is for recyclable materials only.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in fines of up to $500.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a clean and compliant environment.
— Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs —
Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, our property often has back-to-back bookings. This means our cleaners need the full window to thoroughly clean and prepare the space to meet our hygiene and cleanliness standards for every guest.
For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a request.
