Hi , I from Vancouver, BC . Been in CR 10 years now! We started with a condo in Tamarindo. 3 years ago , was lucky to purchase this 1.3 A. Property anout 20 mins away from Tamarindo. We are in a gated hillside community of about 15 properties . Our Property unlike some We are straight up from gate with great access . So after a few seasons and some hard work , after having all the family come down and stay , we are going to offer out the great space we have to others .
We can offer airport shuttle service and information on some tours ,
If you like a home base to travel out from , please check us out !

Our condo rating in Tamarindo is 9.5 -10 over the years . This Property is a new listing and price is reduced.

The Host is Canadian and well insured you have a great time !

You can book a 1 bedroom Casita
Or A studio casita or both if you have more friends and family.

All with A/C. Great wifi on the whole property.
The property has a great pool and Bar area with outdoor TV , to check out the latest game .
Property is Echo friendly with Solar hot water heating , and a massive Rain water collection system for the gardens .

The water is drinkable from the Taps here the air is fresh with green space all around our 1.3 acre property.!
