I don’t think this property is set up as a vacation rental, especially in beautiful upscale Saratoga Springs. Felt more like a room for your college student child. Tiny shower (24”x24”), terrible internet streaming service, no microwave, furniture very uncomfortable, leaking bathroom fixture. Check-in was problematic…wrong entrance code provided while standing in pouring rain. Landscape contractor just walked into unit while we were partially undressed…very nerve-wracking.No amenities, such as tissue and hair-dryer. Patio door needs screen for air movement. Property overgrown at doors and ant infestation in bathroom. Could go on, but suffice to say, I would not recommend.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the initial incorrect access code and are glad we could provide the right one as soon as you called. We include numerous photos and clearly describe the home as a cozy one-bedroom so guests can easily view the layout before booking. We're located about three miles from downtown Saratoga and the track, offering a quieter location & great value compared to higher-priced downtown properties. We personally prepare the property before every arrival to ensure a starter supply of essentials is provided, including toilet paper, toiletries, and complimentary water. Guest privacy is very important to us, and our landscaper remained outside tending the lawn, as they do not have access codes to the unit. We wish you had reached out to us during your stay to address your other concerns, such as the pests and bathroom fixture, as we would have done everything possible to make your visit more comfortable.
