Sterling Sands 707 is a Gulf Front condo located right in the heart of Destin! This 2BR/2BA condo sleeps a maximum of 4 guests and has unbeatable, wall to wall Beach Views! There's a king bed in the master bedroom and a twin over full bunk bed in the guest bedroom. This lovely condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a private balcony with stunning views, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

*Guests should complete the online check in 3 days prior to arrival to avoid delays upon check in. Guests are charged $15+Tax for guests 5 years and older. Guests will be charged for any lost wristbands. 2 Parking Passes Max. Smoking is prohibited on the property, including the beach. There is one designated area to smoke, it’s located at the bus stop as you enter the property from Hwy 98*
