A beautifully renovated traditional farmhouse, located just 2 km from the center of Nîmes in a शांत and sought-after residential area. Nestled in the heart of the garrigue, it is surrounded by dry stone walls and olive trees, with the gentle sound of cicadas in the background. The landscaped garden offers a true haven of peace, complete with a private swimming pool to fully enjoy sunny days.

Ideally located for exploring the region, close to Arles, Avignon, and Montpellier, as well as the beaches and the Cévennes.

The property offers four double bedrooms, two of which feature their own private en-suite bathrooms. The other two share a third bathroom. All upstairs bedrooms, as well as the living room/kitchen, are equipped with air conditioning.

The entire house is exclusively reserved for your comfort and privacy. An independent studio, located away from the main house, is not included in the rental.

It may occasionally be occupied by the person responsible for maintaining the pool, in a discreet manner to preserve your privacy.

Available for summer rentals, with a minimum stay of one week.

A cleaning fee of €120 applies.
