Our apartment for 2-3 people with a balcony is on the first floor of our house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchen block and a cozy dining area.
The bedroom has a double and a single bed.
Newly renovated shower / toilet.

Ski slopes perfectly prepared for beginners and advanced skiers can be found in our neighboring town of Seefeld (10 km). Our extensive cross-country trails are popular with young and old. Whether on snow hikes or fun toboggan runs - enjoy the snow-covered winter landscape in the area.

Die perfekte Unterkunft in Scharnitz

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber und die Lage ist extrem strategisch, indem man viele Wander- und Fahrradstrecken machen kann, aber auch direkte Verbindungen nach Innsbruck und nach Mittenwald/Garmisch-Partenkirchen hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine große Balkone. Es wäre vielleicht sinnvoll, wenn man auch Kochutensilien (sowie Salz, Öl und sonstiges) hätte, aber sonst ist die Küche auch gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren extrem freundlich und haben uns sogar auch kleine Souvernirs geschenkt. So viel Hospitalität haben wir haben seit lange nicht erlebt. Wenn wir nach Scharnitz zurückkommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder in dieser Unterkunft wohnen. Vielen Dank für die Erlebnis.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles sauber und gemütlich. Man konnte ohne Auto sehr viel unternehmen. Der Bahnhof ist in der Nähe und eine wunderbare Verbindung nach Innsbruck. Die Vermieterin hat immer sehr gute Wandertipps gehabt.

Schöner Wanderurlaub

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche in Scharnitz verbracht. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit um unser Wohl bemüht, hat Tips gegeben und „Sonderwünsche“ erfüllt. Das Auto kann stehenbleiben und man wandert direkt von der Wohnung aus los. Auch nach Mittenwald und Innsbruck ist es nicht weit. Wer mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs ist, hat viele schöne Radwege und Touren in der Umgebung.

Gemütliche Wohnung, bietet alles was man braucht

Von Scharnitz aus gibt es viele Wanderwege...Mittenwald und Seefeld, die nächsten Orte kann man als Ausflugsziele nutzen. Auch das schöne Kloster Ettal ist nicht so weit. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter!!! Es hat uns gut gefallen-gerne wieder!!! Die Pleisenhütte wartet noch auf uns ;-)
