The house has 5 bedrooms, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for a holiday with family or friends.

Guest access
- Restaurants, cafés and shops just a few minutes' walk away
- The house is located 500 metres from the pine forest, which offers lovely walks and several viewpoints (the viewpoints can be reached in 20–30 minutes on foot).
- Beaches on the Costa da Caparica: 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus (bus stop just a 1-minute walk from the house, with a direct service to the beach)
- PGA Aroeira golf course a short drive away
- Lisbon city centre: 20–25 minutes by car

Other things to note
House rules
- An Agreement will be signed prior to the stay
- No parties, no smoking and no pets allowed in the house

👥 Occupancy
- Only the number of guests specified in the booking is allowed (maximum 10)
- External visitors are not permitted without prior authorisation
- Please respect the neighbours' quiet hours, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
- Parties are not allowed

🏊 Pool
- Guests are solely responsible for the use of the pool.
- The pool has a depth of between 1.30 m and 2.10 m, so it may pose a risk to children and people who cannot swim.
- Children must be under the direct supervision of an adult at all times.
- Guests are responsible for their use of the pool.
- The owner is not responsible for accidents resulting from improper use or lack of supervision.

🔥 BBQ
- The barbecue may be used with care
- Must not be used in strong wind conditions
- It is mandatory to leave it clean after use.

🧼 Cleanliness and care
- The house must be kept in good condition during the stay and handed over in the same condition as it was received.

🛏️ Bed linens and towels
One set is provided for stays of up to one week, and two sets are provided for longer stays.
