The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two well-appointed bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (Master): Features a king-sized bed, built-in storage, ceiling fan, and direct access to the private balcony, allowing guests to wake up to fresh breezes and leafy views.
Bedroom 2: Offers two single beds, built-in storage, and a ceiling fan, making it ideal for children, friends, or additional guests.
Bathroom: The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Additional features include air conditioning in the living area, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, two secure parking spaces, and access to shared laundry facilities within the complex.
Please note that the apartment itself is located on a single level, however access is via a full flight of external stairs from the driveway.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, along with two secure parking spaces. Shared laundry facilities are available within the complex for guest use.
