The Space:

Tucked away within a boutique complex of just six apartments, Yaringa welcomes guests with a relaxed coastal atmosphere, abundant natural light, and elevated views across the surrounding treetops. Thoughtfully styled in soft neutral tones, the apartment offers a calming retreat after days spent exploring Noosa's beaches, boutiques, and national park.



The open-plan living area serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring comfortable seating, a smart TV, and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Large glass doors allow natural light to flood the space while opening onto a private balcony where guests can enjoy leafy outlooks and filtered glimpses of the Noosa River. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding with an evening drink, the balcony provides a peaceful setting to relax and soak up the coastal atmosphere.



The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything needed for easy holiday dining. Positioned alongside the kitchen, the dining area provides a welcoming space for shared meals, relaxed breakfasts, or planning the day's adventures.



The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two well-appointed bedrooms:



Bedroom 1 (Master): Features a king-sized bed, built-in storage, ceiling fan, and direct access to the private balcony, allowing guests to wake up to fresh breezes and leafy views.



Bedroom 2: Offers two single beds, built-in storage, and a ceiling fan, making it ideal for children, friends, or additional guests.



Bathroom: The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.



Additional features include air conditioning in the living area, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, two secure parking spaces, and access to shared laundry facilities within the complex.



Please note that the apartment itself is located on a single level, however access is via a full flight of external stairs from the driveway.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, along with two secure parking spaces. Shared laundry facilities are available within the complex for guest use.

Perfectly positioned on Noosa Hill, Yaringa offers a peaceful setting while remaining close to all of Noosa's most popular attractions. Hastings Street, Noosa Main Beach, boutique shopping, award-winning restaurants, and vibrant cafés are all within easy walking distance.

Hastings Street offers an array of dining experiences, boutique retailers, and art galleries, while nearby Noosa Junction provides a more local atmosphere with wine bars, cafés, and weekend markets.



For everyday conveniences, Noosa Fair Shopping Centre is just a short drive away, ensuring everything you need is close at hand throughout your stay.

The apartment's central location makes it easy to explore Noosa on foot. Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach are approximately a 13-minute walk away, while Noosa Junction can also be reached within minutes.



For those wishing to venture further, local bus services, taxis, and rideshare options are readily available throughout the area. With so many attractions nearby, many guests find they rarely need to use their car during their stay.
