Just 6 minutes from Tsukuba Express Asakusa Station and 14 minutes from Tokyo Metro Ginza Line Asakusa Station.



With access to the Ginza Line, Asakusa Line, Tobu Line, and Tsukuba Express, you can easily reach anywhere in Tokyo.

Haneda Airport is also about 1 hour away, making it convenient for both sightseeing and business travel.



Guest Access:

-This is not a shared room. You will have the entire house to yourself. 100% privacy.

-The room is free to use 24hours.

-Please keep quiet in the house ※.



Other Things to Note:

Only the number of towels corresponding to the number of guests at the time of reservation are provided.



For cleaning preparation, we cannot accept luggage storage, early check-in, or late check-out.



Please strictly observe the check-out time of 10:00. If you check out late without permission, you will be charged an additional one-night stay fee. Please pay in cash to the cleaning staff or via a payment link.



Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay.



Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building. Smoking in front of the building also causes inconvenience to neighbors, so please refrain.



Please remove your shoes at the entrance before entering the room.



Please cooperate with garbage separation (burnable and non-burnable).



If you have bulky waste, please contact us in advance.



If you forget something, please contact us within 2 weeks. Without contact, items will be disposed of.



Do not take items from the room outside.



Please be quiet after 9 PM.



According to the Inns and Hotels Act, we are required to report guest information to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. All guests must provide the following documents:

　2. Address

　3. Occupation

　4. A copy of the passport identification page (with photo)

-I may not be able to meet guest directly because I have a job. I'd be glad that if we could meet in person and have a coffee together (if time allows).
