- Under 18 guests must have at least one responsible adult staying at the property with them.

- The body corporate is responsible for the closure of common areas either due to maintenance and restrictions and in the case of closure a refund is not applicable.

Keys & call-outs
Please keep keys/fobs with you at all times. Fees may apply for lost keys, lockouts, key delivery, or verified noise complaints:
Lost key/fob replacement: $280


Call-out fee: $100 during business hours / $200 after hours


Extra key set: Deposit + delivery fee may be charged

Fire safety
If the fire alarm is triggered due to guest actions and emergency services attend, any official call-out charges may be passed on to the guest.
