Main Floor: Unwind in the inviting living area, complete with a 65-inch smart TV featuring Netflix, YouTube, live global channels, and more. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals – just be sure to clean up after!

Upstairs: Find your peaceful escape, perfect for reading, meditating, or catching up on work in the dedicated workspace.

Bedrooms: Each of the three bedrooms is outfitted with a plush queen-size bed to ensure restful nights.

Laundry: A full laundry setup is at your disposal, making extended stays even more convenient.

Safety & Security
The property is monitored with security cameras outdoor and inside the garage for your peace of mind.

In the event of minor incident, the host has provided first aid kit for the guest use, the host will not be liable for any injury sustained by the guest in or on the property. Guest shall ensure follow all safety protocols such as being mindful of slippery surfaces during colder months and etc.

Parking
Designated parking is available on the left driveway while driving onto the driveway and in the garage. There are parking space on the street.

Privacy
The unit is a private space for you and your group and we will respect your privacy. However, in the event of emergency and urgent maintenance work, the host will make all effort to inform the guest about their intention to access the unit stating the time and duration ( if it could be determined). After this, the host has the right to access the unit.

Smoke-Free & Drug-Free Home: Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited.
Handle with Care: Please treat the space respectfully. Damages to linens or towels may incur charges.
