Guest access You'll have exclusive access to the entire home and all amenities—nothing is shared. Whether you're soaking in the private hot tub, relaxing around the fire pit or fire table, or grilling dinner on the natural gas BBQ, the entire space is yours to enjoy.
Inside, stream Netflix on the Smart TV, cook in the fully stocked chef’s kitchen, or unwind in one of five spacious bedrooms. You're free to spread out, relax, and reconnect—just like your own private Nordic spa retreat.
Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, you're also just minutes from 137th Ave shopping, and a quick drive or Uber from downtown, Rogers Place, and all the best restaurants, concerts, and Oilers games Edmonton has to offer.
Other things to note
✦ Please note✦ Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.
- The air conditioning system is available for your comfort during the summer months but is unavailable during the cooler months.
- The patio/deck and backyard have been winterized for the winter season and are currently unavailable until the spring season.
- Our hot tub is fully operational and open year-round, including during the winter months.
- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.
Rates for Pet Fees per Pet: Nightly Rate: $30/night per pet Weekly Rate: $150/week per pet Monthly Rate: $300/month per pet *Please note the pet fee charges are not included in our advertised pricing and are charged separately after the booking is confirmed. This must be arranged and paid prior to arrival. Please inform us when you book if you are bringing pets as it needs approval first by the property owner.
PET RULES *Pets are not allowed on the beds under any circumstances *Please clean up after your pet and keep them off the furniture where possible. A $75 clean up fee may be applied if pet droppings are left in the yard or in the property.
✦ Additional Guest Fees ✦ A $15/night fee applies for each guest beyond 4. This helps cover extra supplies, cleaning, and general wear. If you’re booking for more than 4 guests, the fee is already reflected in the nightly rate—no extra charges will be added after booking.
- All additional fees are subject to GST (5%) and Alberta Tourism Levy (6%) taxes for a total of 11%.
Pre-Arrival Requirements (After Booking) To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require all guests to complete the following steps before receiving check-in instructions:
1) Sign our short-term rental agreement Outlines house rules and stay terms to ensure a high-quality experience for all. Signed digitally after booking.
2) Complete ID verification A quick and secure identity check to protect our guest community and home.
3) Select your damage protection option Choose one of the following: – $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, covering up to $700 CAD in accidental damage – $700 CAD refundable security deposit, pre-authorized 2 days before check-in and released 5 days after checkout (a 2% processing fee applies, resulting in a $686 CAD refund)

Hot Tub Rules: To keep the spa experience clean, safe, and relaxing for all guests—and to remain respectful of our neighbours—please follow these important rules:
Hours of Use: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. ONLY. -Use of the hot tub outside these hours is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. This is in accordance with the City of Edmonton’s noise bylaw (quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) and will be strictly enforced. There are no exceptions.
-Hot tub use is for registered guests only—no outside visitors permitted.
-Shower before use to help reduce oils, lotions, and deodorants in the water.
-Limit use to 45 minutes per session to maintain safe water quality.
-Only potty-trained children are permitted in the hot tub.
-No glassware, food, or drinks in or near the hot tub at any time.
-Swimwear only—no regular clothing allowed in the water.
-Do not tamper with chlorine dispensers, water chemistry equipment, or pool monitors.
-Replace the hot tub cover securely after each use to retain heat and ensure safety.
- If glass, food debris, or other contaminants are found in or around the hot tub, a full drain and sanitation fee of up to $700 will be charged against the security deposit.

Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the home for safety and security.
This is our personal home—please treat it with the same care and respect you would your own.
While we’ll respond promptly to any issues, we do not live on-site 24/7.
Booking Policies: Profiles with less than a 4-star rating will not be allowed to use instant booking and may be cancelled.
New profiles without reviews will be manually reviewed and may be asked for additional information before being approved.

Easy to find property, well kept with some updates. Please note that bathroom is on 2nd floor, wasn't an issue for us but might be for some.

Lovely Stay
We were here visiting family. It’s been over 15 years since I last came home, and it was a delightful surprise to see Greisbach as a thriving community.
The home was perfect! We really enjoyed it!
House keeping came a little early, but other than that we had the best time ever!
My partner and I travel a lot and usually stay at short term rentals. This was one of my favorite places!

Nice residence, Great Location!
Residence was well equipped in a beautiful neighborhood, lots of room and was in a super location for our needs. Wish we were able to stay longer to take advantage of all that this property had to offer. Although I understand the need to protect the property, I did find the online process to be a bit difficult and overdone. Probably wouldn't have gotten through it without the help of my family. Overall, quite a pleasant stay!

Very accessible bus routes! - Beautifully decorated space with modern furnishings and bright ambiance. - Easy self-checkin via. secure door keypad. -Pet friendly property! What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: - As this is a historic home with original hardwood floors on the main level and upstairs, there are areas where the floor can squeak, however this is part of the home's rustic charm!
Our house comfortably sleeps 11 guests. The upstairs features a king-size bed in the master bedroom, along with a queen-size bed and 2 double beds in other rooms. The basement includes a queen-size bed, a queen-size air mattress, and a sofa that can be used as a single bed.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with all appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
