Mar de Cortez Studio 2, aka "Ocean Breeze" Studio, is a cozy San Felipe Vacation Rental located just a stone's throw from the vibrant San Felipe Malecon. This studio is part of a charming complex of six studios, each with its own unique charm.
Inside, you'll find a convenient kitchenette with a fridge, offering flexibility to dine out or prepare homemade meals. A refreshing swimming pool is available for lounging, or you can venture to the Malecon to swim in the Sea of Cortez.
With over 40 restaurants within walking distance, plus bars and the Rockodile club for dancing, dining and entertainment options abound.
Nearby shopping plazas and a Bancomer ATM add convenience. Adventure seekers can enjoy fishing excursions for yellowtail, banana boat rides, kayaking, or stand-up paddleboarding.
Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
