Situated on the first fairway of the renowned RBC Heritage tournament, this pet-friendly retreat combines a prime location with relaxing golf course views and thoughtful amenities for the perfect Hilton Head getaway.

The spacious primary suite features a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and beautiful golf course views. The guest bedroom is furnished with two full beds, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for families and small groups. With 2.5 bathrooms and an in-unit washer and dryer, the villa offers all the conveniences needed for a stress-free stay.

Enjoy scenic golf course views from the living room, primary bedroom, and private back patio. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or grilling dinner after a day at the beach, the patio provides a peaceful setting to relax and unwind. Guests also have access to the neighborhood pool, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the island sunshine.

To make exploring Hilton Head even easier, four complimentary adult bikes and backpack beach chairs are provided. • 4 Adult Beach Cruiser Bikes from South Beach Bike Rentals (E-bikes NOT permitted in Sea Pines)
• Community Pool
• Free Beach Shuttle (Seasonal)
• 1 Car Pass for the Sea Pines Resort included with your stay. There is a 2 car limit.
• Up to 2 well behaved dogs are permitted with payment of an additional pet fee.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this location at Sea Pines! It provides easy walking or bike access to Harbour Town and about 1.6 mile bike ride to the beach. We loved that Island Reality provided bikes and beach chairs with the rental. The unit was clean upon arrival. We appreciated the early check in. Would definitely rent again. Good value!

The unit is a little dated, but definitely enjoyable. We had our dog and 3 teens, we didn't worry they were going to ruin anything, but it was comfortable to hang out as a family.Amenities are very convenient. it came with 4 bikes and we loved biking all over Sea Pines, to the beach, and to dinners. We didn't utilize the pool, but it is nice to have as a back up.

Concerned with the master bath shower is very slippery. There was an electrical wire sticking out of ceiling hanging loose to the floor in second bedroom. Not enough glasses. Great amount of towels. Bed was comfortable in master bedroom. A good amount of everyday to essentials to start with. The unit was clean but needs updates.

Thank you for staying at 2229 Heritage Villas and for your review. I’m glad the unit was clean, the towels were plentiful, the master bed was comfortable, and the starter essentials were helpful. I’m sorry about the slippery master shower, the loose electrical wire in the second bedroom, and the shortage of glasses. We’ve reported the wiring to our maintenance team for immediate attention, will add a non-slip solution in the master shower, and will restock glassware. I’ll also share your comments about needed updates with the owner. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again.
