-This apartment accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 5 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$50 per night, per additional guest.
The sleeping arrangement for the 5th adult would be on a sofa bed which folds out to a Single.
There will be an additional fee of $60 per stay for the 5th guest for the linen fees as well.

Occasionally, these amenities may be closed due to urgent maintenance, COVID-19 restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the rare event of a closure, we cannot be held liable. - As outlined in our House Rules, a $1,000 fine will be imposed if housekeeping finds any evidence of smoking. This is in addition to any other potential financial consequences. 
- Violators of smoking or window disposal rules will be reported to authorities and may face a penalty of up to $9,000 and imprisonment. 
- We take these matters very seriously and have zero tolerance for any behavior that endangers the safety of others.
