All bedrooms have king size beds and televisions in each room.

Fully furnished with beach chairs and umbrella for when you are ready for the gulf. Has two pools, hot tub and beautiful view of Boca Ciega Bay. Close to Ft Desoto State Park. Minutes away from Pass-A-Grill beach, voted best beach by trip-advisor. Grocery store and shopping near by.

The apartment was as described and fulfilled our needs. We were very comfortable there and I would easily recommend this condo.

Terah responed fast , check in was very easy.The condo had everything you needed, beach towels, cooler ,pool noodles, very good stocked. All the rooms were very nice decorated. Most of the time we ate out, but the kitchen had enough pots and pans for easy cooking,also all kitchen accessories you need. Bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. One bath had a walk in shower, so easy taking a shower , no climbing in a bathtub.Internet worked good, washer and dryer in the condo.The two pools were heated , one pool with a beautiful view to the Boca Ciega bay, and a little beach behind the pool. .Grocery stores within a 5 minute drive, Aldi, Super Walmart and other stores. In the evening it was very quiet ,you nearly heard nothing, no through traffic.We would go back again!

Great stay

We loved the condo and the Bermuda Bay. Clean and with everything you need for a month stay. We were a little disappointed about the beach, the bottom was not something you would like to walk in. The pools were great!

Tranquil little piece of Paradise

Cute, simple condo; no frills but we had all the basic necessities. Minor suggestions: need a couple more tea towels for the dishes and perhaps replace the toaster as it was not always functioning. Overall we enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and everyone was very welcoming. Terah (owner) was very quick to respond and her Property Mgr, Meredith is top notch !

Cute cabin

Very impressed with our cabin. It was the perfect size for me and my husband for our 36th anniversary. The only thing I would’ve changed about the cabin was have the bathroom on the floor as the bedroom. However, that wasn’t a game changer. We made it work. The hot tub was a definite plus and laying in bed watching the TV with those huge windows was great!

My review.

This is a great location and property. Not the owners fault, but getting access inside the gate would be easier if they still used a number code instead of waving a magnetic fob at it. The listing indicated this unit sleeps 6. There were only 2 king beds, sleeps 4. I assumed the couch would pull out into the 2 other sleeping spots.

Location to enjoy!

Location of the property is great. Easy access from interstate. Particularly liked the location of the unit within the complex, close to the smaller second pool on the property. This building has a nice amount of green space outside the lanai compared to some of the other buildings in the complex. Both pools are good. Enjoyed walking along the nature pathway adjacent to the property. Biking in the area is very good with the Pinellas trail a bonus. Communication with Terah, the owner, was easy and efficient. Meredith, the property manager is a congenial man who greeted us on arrival and was a pleasure to have contact with through out our six week stay.

Very little parking

Issues with finding a parking spot. 40 units and 20 parking spots. The grounds around the unit need a lot of attention. The unit itself is fine. Need new shades in primary bedroom. Could not undress or dress in there because the shades didn’t close properly.

Good location, lots of construction

We enjoyed our stay, we’ve rented in the complex before; they are still in the midst of rebuilding most of the decks/lanais. I don’t imagine it will be done anytime soon. For us, we did not have a screened porch(lanai) but we knew that. Terah had the prop manager remove the board that was across the sliding glass doors (thank you!) otherwise we wouldn’t have had any light in the unit. The unit itself was a perfect size for us- each bedroom has a comfortable king bed. It’s an older complex, so it has its quirks; but the people are friendly, the view across the bay is wonderful, and there are a few activities that one can join(pickleball, trivia, cards, etc) For the most part, it’s a quiet place.

I have been traveling for a year now, and have never left a bad review. This is the exception…. I was asked to meet caretaker to get keys and be given a tour, even though there was a lock box. The office was not open to get a parking pass, so he said he would bring me one(should have gotten it prior to my arrival). I had to work, so I told him to leave it at the door. The next morning, he knocked and then entered the unit while I was getting dressed! I immediately contacted the owner who stated “ don’t worry, he’s not a weirdo. He has a fiancée”. I considered leaving, but couldn’t find anything last minute. I decided to watch TV, to distract myself from being scared. I was flipping through channels and immediately got a message from owner accusing me of ordering payperview. I did not, but shouldn’t that be password protected? There were bugs everywhere, personal items left throughout, crumbs in drawers, rust and mildew stains, bed spreads stained and holes, rugs stained, jacuzzi tub did not work, expired items left in fridge. There was a day that Condo manager pounded on my door at 9:00 am. No sound barrier for upstairs neighbors. I heard and saw flash of a gunshot while driving 2 blocks away. The property gate was broken the entire time. When my stay was up, there were no check out instructions. The door would not shut with knob lock engaged. I messaged owner to ask if I should leave keys at office or to give lockbox code. She quipped that office has nothing to do with it .Had the owner’s responses been at all kind or empathetic, I would not have left this review..

Response to review. The gentleman knock to give her the parking pass. Cars will be towed at owners expense. He explained he could not leave parking pass at door because of security. She did not answer after knock. The conversation wasn't exactly as she stated. I talked to him and told him not to do that again. My only option was to offer to give her money back. I did. I was there 4 days after she left. There were no bugs anywhere. The office sprays for them. The pool and hot tub were working fine while I was there. I got an alert from Spectrum that movies were bought. I was not hateful but stated that was not included in the rate. I don't mail keys and gate passes because in the past they didn't arrive. I decided the personal touch would be better. It was a no win situation from the start. I don't give parking passes until the renter gets there, office policy. I only have one rug in the unit and it has no holes. Im sorry it didn't work out but the things she has stared are simply not true

Bermuda Bay St Petersburg Stay

This condo is in a great location with easy access to beaches, airport, downtown and tourist spots. The property is clean, comfortable and well cared for. Terah and Meredith addressed any issues quickly and were very helpful with any concerns! Sadly, we did not get to enjoy the lanai at the condo, due to work being done on them, but I am sure it would have been fabulous! The lanai's overlook a wildlife sanctuary area that is really beautiful. The bay beach is a great benefit to staying at the property as well. I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Condo Complex

The condo is as advertised. Bermuda Bay is a wonderful condo complex with access to many activities. The condo we were in met all of our needs and we would certainly recommend to others. The condos at Bermuda Bay are older and ongoing maintenance can be an issue (pool is under renovation, and stairs being replaced). Overall, we enjoyed are stay.

Wonderful vacation

Bermuda Bay is a wonderful place to spend two months. My Fiancée and I enjoyed the condo very much. We found it to be roomy, well equipped and clean. The two bathrooms and showers were a plus. Terah, the owner, and Meredith, the property manager, were easy to communicate with. They addressed our needs in a timely fashion. I would recommend this property.

Location location location

Condos packed into a small area. Only one pool in operation. Pool water was very warm not to refreshing. Hot tube was down several days. On weekends pool was way over crowded. Condo flow is boxie and tight feeling. Patio is small and dark. Living room dark little light coming in. Bathrooms tight. One bathroom has tube shower. Very high tube makes it hard to get in and out. We did not use it. Good area close to everything liked riding bikes to Gulfport. Security very good. Liked the condos beach for sunsets and lots of room away from the pool. Best part is location everything you want to do is within 10 miles. Highway close so can get anywhere you want to go.
