Designed to embrace its stunning coastal setting, the home captures sweeping beach views from the light-filled living areas and expansive entertaining deck with Vergola, setting the scene for long lunches, sunset drinks and relaxed evenings overlooking the ocean.
Inside, the open plan layout, soaring ceilings and expansive windows create a bright, airy atmosphere that draws the coastal outlook indoors. At the heart of the space, the sleek modern kitchen is beautifully appointed with a gas cooktop and quality appliances, combining style and functionality for effortless entertaining.
A cosy gas fireplace adds warmth and ambience during the cooler months, while air conditioning in the living area and main bedroom, together with ceiling fans ensure comfort in every season.
The home offers three generously sized bedrooms with built-in robes, along with stylish contemporary bathrooms including a private ensuite. Two TVs, including a smart TV, provide added convenience for relaxed nights in after days by the beach.

Configuration
Upon entry, the lower level offers a calm and private retreat, where the spacious main bedroom is positioned for rest and relaxation. It features a walk-in robe and modern ensuite, creating a comfortable sanctuary away from the main living areas. This level also includes internal access to the garage and a separate laundry, adding ease and practicality for longer stays.
From here, stairs lead to the upper level, where the home opens into its main living experience. The light-filled open plan living, dining and kitchen area is designed around the coastal outlook, with expansive windows framing the views and filling the space with natural light.
The kitchen sits at the centre of this level, connecting seamlessly with the dining and living areas to create an easy, social flow that’s ideal for shared meals and relaxed time together.
Two additional bedrooms positioned near the main bathroom are also on this level, offering a comfortable and practical layout for families or groups.
Flowing from the living area, the covered entertaining deck extends the home outdoors, where guests can enjoy morning coffee in the sea breeze, long lunches in the sun or sunset drinks overlooking Copacabana Beach. A second outdoor area adds further space to unwind, offering additional flexibility and a quiet place to retreat.

The upper level forms the heart of the home, where living, dining, and kitchen spaces come together in a light-filled open plan design made for connection and ease. Natural light fills the interiors, while large windows frame the coastal outlook and enhance the relaxed atmosphere throughout.
At the centre, the contemporary kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with quality appliances and a gas cooktop, allowing guests to prepare meals while staying connected to the conversation and views.
Whether gathering around the dining table, sharing a slow breakfast or settling into the lounge after a beach day, the layout encourages effortless togetherness. High ceilings enhance the sense of space, while the gas fireplace adds warmth and ambience when the weather turns cooler. Air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure year-round comfort.

Outdoors
The outdoor spaces are designed to fully embrace the home’s coastal position, offering a relaxed extension of the interiors. The expansive entertaining deck with Vergola captures sweeping beach views and provides an ideal setting for long lunches, sunset drinks or quiet moments overlooking the ocean.
A second outdoor area adds versatility, giving guests another space to relax or unwind throughout the day. Together, these areas create an easy indoor–outdoor flow that reflects the laid-back rhythm of coastal living.

Parking
The home includes a garage, along with convenient off-street parking on the driveway, comfortably accommodating up to three vehicles.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate up to 6 guests including visitors and prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the driveway/outdoor entry area and one overlooking the street access.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $1,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
