The house is very beautiful and welcoming. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Unfortunately, laundry facilities are not available.

I would not recommend this property for following reasons:-poor communication - had to contact host few times to get a code to enter the house and got it only few hours before arriving. Uncertainty of getting the code to enter the house while already on the road was nerve rucking. I rented and paid the place 2.5 months in advance. She was asking about money again on the day we were to get there.-false advertisement - it was advertised as 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms: 2 queen size beds sharing one bathroom and 1 king size bed with ensuite bathroom. When we came there it was all 3 bedrooms with queen size bed and ONLY one bathroom for all. -strange location - in the middle of the cornfields. I took a photo of this advertisement and wanted to download here (in case she changes it) but unfortunately I could not.-back to poor communication - while there (staying only 2 nights) I was asking about second bathroom but got response ONLY at the midnight of the second night (was asleep at midnight) that the king size bed and ensuite bathroom are not available (even advertised) and that she will bring a towel for the powder room (I asked about this too) in the morning (the morning we were leaving).

The house is beautiful and clean. Parking and location were great. We had 3 young children with us, so it wasn’t that convenient if we were trying to prepare food downstairs and the lounging area was upstairs, but we made it work the best we could. A couple safety concerns were a top drawer that had cutlery in it (not in a try, just loose on a tea towel) didn’t have drawer sliders. My son-in-law pulled it open and it fell, he caught it with his knees. This could have been a disaster. The holders on the refrigerator door were broken and held together with some sort of tape. Our 7 year old likes to be helpful and put food in the refrigerator. He put plastic drink bottles on the door slots. When someone opened the refrigerator they fell on the floor. The tip on the kettle was also broken. We didn’t use the dishwasher, so not sure of its function. The kitchen is lovely, lots of cupboards, beautiful countertops and nice sinks. There was very little of basic supplies though, like toilet paper, paper towel and soaps. We were there for three nights and ran out of paper towel, toilet paper in the downstairs bathroom. The bit of soap that was there was very watered down and we ran out of dish soap. There are no hooks or racks to hang towels. The house is beautifully staged, beds are comfortable, tons of closet space and space in general. There is a nice closed in yard and small deck with seating area. It’s located in a quiet area.
