Important Notes for Your Stay:

*Please wear proper swimming attire to enjoy the pool.
*Please bring your own pool towels as we only provide indoor bath towels.
*The sky facilities on Level 31 offer the best sunset views in the city—don't miss out!
*Please register with security if you wish to use the BBQ area (subject to availability and booking fees).

Other things to note
To our beloved guest, kindly take note that:

1) Guest is required to go to the designated letter box area at the Ground Floor to collect the access card. Detailed instructions will be provided before your arrival.

2) We ONLY allow the exact number of guest(s) mentioned in the Guest Itinerary to check in. Guests must declare if they have more occupants to comply with building security policies.

3) Early check-in is subject to availability at the time of arrival.

4) Please switch off all air-conditioners and lights when you are not inside the premise to support our green environment initiative.

5) No pets are allowed in the apartments. Guests having pets in the apartments will be charged for specialized deep cleaning and any damages.

6) Guest is fully responsible for the safety of their own valuables during their stay. Kindly keep your belongings secure, especially when using the Level 31/32 public facilities.

7) During peak hours, the lift may take longer than usual. Expect delays around 11 AM-12:30 PM (check-out time) and 10:30-11:30 PM (when guests return from the city).

8) As Majestic Residence is a newly completed building, please expect some noise due to renovation works in other units during weekdays (9am-5pm) and Saturdays (9am-1pm).

9) Malaysia uses the Type G 3-PIN power plug. Please prepare your own travel adapter.

We appreciate your understanding that some aspects, such as the building’s common services, lift speed, and facilities management, are beyond our control. Located in the heart of KL, this is a vibrant and popular choice for travelers!

PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THE ACCESS CARDS AND KEY. Upon loss, a penalty of RM200 will be charged for the replacement of the access card and key set.

We will submit a claim to Airbnb management for this purpose.

The parking uses a Cashless System (Touch 'n Go / Debit / Credit Card).

First 15 minutes: FREE (Grace period)
1st hour or part thereof: RM4.00
Every subsequent hour or part thereof: RM3.00
NO CAPPED MAXIMUM RATE (Charges accumulate hourly)

Flat Rate (Entry after 6pm - Exit by 6am): RM5.00 per entry.
