Experience the ultimate beachfront retreat at Casa Dos Pisos, a private residence combining our upstairs and downstairs apartments into one large home. Located in San Felipe's Villa las Palmas community, it offers unobstructed views of the Sea of Cortez and surrounding mountains from both levels.
Ideal for large groups, this combined property features dual independent layouts. You enjoy two sun-drenched living areas with sea-view windows and flatscreen TVs, alongside two fully-equipped kitchens with granite countertops. The space includes multiple queen bedrooms with quality linens, private en-suite bathrooms, and additional shared half-bathrooms for maximum convenience.
Outside, relax on the ground-floor patio or the upper balcony, both featuring a hammock, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining areas against breathtaking views. Direct beach access is just steps away, and local restaurants are minutes from the property.
