Ideally located between Toulouse and the Pyrenees mountains, in CĆur de Garonne, be taken in by this impressive newly-renovated farmhouse dating back to the 17th century with it's breathtaking panoramic views of the Pyrenees mountains, its private salt-water pool with built-in tanning platform, and its welcoming common areas.
Whether with family, friends or even colleagues, you'll find something for everyone with a children's playroom, a workspace for 2 overlooking the magnificent countryside and a large wood-fired pizza oven in the kitchen.
The space
Renovated farm dating back to the 17th century, on just under 2 acres of land with 360 degree views of the countryside and panoramic views of the Pyrenees mountain range, which can be appreciated directly from the large private salt-water swimming pool with its built-in tanning platform/ledge AKA baja shelf.
The covered terrace with integrated fans offers shade in the summer and shelter from the breeze in winter providing a year-round outdoor dining area. The large hangar is perfect for gatherings and seminars. Game of boules anyone?
The farmhouse accommodates 14 adults and/or children plus 3 babies and comprises the following:

Large kitchen with breakfast area, aga and wood-burning fire and wood-fired pizza oven (upto 4 pizzas simultaneously)

Living/ TV/ Reading room with stone-built fireplace
Childrenâs playroom
Large Master suite of 26m2 with workspace and ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower

Other things to note
The farmhouse is currently our second home and will be our family home in years to come. We enjoy it with our families and kindly request you afford it the same respect you would your own home.
Our cleaning team will give the house a thorough clean before and after your stay, please do leave it the same conditions you find it in. This cleaning service does not include dishes, taking out bins, cleaning the BBQ and tidying up so please be sure to take care of these before you leave to allow us to honour our next guests arrival time and so that they will be able to enjoy everything on offer just as much as you. If the house is left a mess, our team will be required to stay longer and we will be obliged to take the consequent additional charges from your deposit. Equally, things do get broken, especially with children around, please inform us as soon as possible in this case so that we can arrange a replacement ready for our next guests.
On occasion it may be necessary for garden and pool maintenance teams to access the garden. Should this be the case, we will advise you in advance.
Pets are currently not permitted.
Swimming towels are not included in the provided linens.
Please refrain from parking on the grass, please park in the garage and designated parking spots in front of the main front door.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the house or on the garden furniture. If you are smoking outside, please do ensure that all cigarette butts are carefully and properly disposed of.
Events: please contact us to discuss any events you may wish to have at the property to obtain our approval. Loud music late into the night is not permitted out of respect to our neighbours.
A security camera, displaying only the driveway, is installed for surveillance during empty periods.
In the week leading up to your arrival our welcome team will contact you to arrange everything. When we can, we will try to accommodate early arrival and late check-out however this depends entirely on the departure and arrival of the guests before and after you and we unfortunately cannot guarantee this in advance.
We wish you a peaceful and relaxing stay in our home, if you're missing anything or you have a problem please let us know at the earliest so that we can help you as much as possible and you can continue making the most of your trip.
