We’re delighted to welcome you to The Den, our cozy, newly renovated second-storey one-bedroom apartment in the heart of historic Perth.
Perfect for 1–2 humans and their furry friends, The Den is a comfortable little home base for a weekend getaway, a longer stay, or simply a chance to slow down and enjoy everything Perth has to offer.
Step outside and you’re within easy walking distance of downtown restaurants, charming shops, beautiful parks and the hospital. Spend the day exploring, grab a bite, wander through town and then come home to your own quiet space.
The Den is carpet-free and smoke-free, and there’s convenient on-site parking for up to two vehicles.
We love welcoming both two-legged and four-legged guests, so before your stay, please introduce yourself and tell us a little about you, your pets and what brings you to Perth. We’d love to know who will be calling The Den home during your visit!

I grew up in Perth and love coming home to enjoy the festivals, markets, shops and restaurants throughout the year. There’s something special about a small town where you can walk everywhere, recognize familiar faces and always find something new to discover.
This property was purchased by my parents many years ago and has recently been lovingly updated for my family and some of our special guests — like you!
The Den is conveniently located in the heart of town, making it easy to park the car and explore Perth on foot. I hope you’ll enjoy the comforts of my little home-away-from-home and experience all the charm that my hometown has to offer.
