Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war gerĂ€umig und gemĂŒtlich. Wir haben es im Winter bewohnt, das war zunĂ€chst eine Herausforderung fĂŒr die Heizungen, denn bis so ein Altbau durchgeheizt ist, dauert es etwas! Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind verbunden, man muss also durch eins hindurch, um in das zweite zu gelangen. Das hat uns nichts ausgemacht, sollte man aber wissen. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Sauberkeit war perfekt. Das Kochgeschirr ist etwas Ă€lter, aber hat auf dem Gasherd gut getaugt. Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer sind zum Teil sehr durchgesessen. Bei einem Winterurlaub sind Sofas wichtig! Das Meer ist in lockerer Laufdistanz. Mein Hund hat sich ĂŒber den Strand gefreut! Das Viertel St. Enogat, in dem das Haus liegt, ist ruhig, hĂŒbsch und mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird: BĂ€cker, FischhĂ€ndler, WeinhĂ€ndler, Metzger, Apotheke, mehrere gemĂŒtliche Restaurants. Wir wĂŒrden gerne wieder hinfahren!

HÎte trÚs réactif. Certains équipements un peu vieillissants (cafetiÚre, séchoir).Petite maison particuliÚrement bien située. Nous avons bien apprécié de pouvoir tout faire à pied : les courses comme les balades. Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille.

Chambre Ă  l Ă©tage Impraticable, plafond trĂšs bas,il ne faut pas ĂȘtre grand pour y dormir, escalier dangereux et raide, genre Ă©chelle de meunier.on ne se rend pas compte en regardant les photos, . Super séjour

Nous avons passĂ© 4 supers jours Ă  Dinard durant les vacances de la Toussaint. MĂ©tĂ©o magnifique sauf le 1er jour, ce qui nous a permis de nous reposer avant de passer 3 jours Ă  crapahuter le long du littoral, dans Dinard et St Malo (bateau bus depuis Dinard). La maison est situĂ©e dans un super quartier calme, et beau, trĂšs proche de la plage et de 2 dĂ©licieuses boulangeries. Nous n’avons pas utilisĂ© la voiture de tout le sĂ©jour. Parfaite pour une famille, bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La communication avec Arnaud le propriĂ©taire est facile. Maison recommandĂ©e chaudement !

Appartement atypique

A l'arrivée, forte sensation d'humidité dans l'appartement et la literie, heureusement nous avons pu utiliser les radiateurs. La capacité à accueillir 7 personnes n'est pas adaptée. En effet une petite salle de bain avec wc a l'intérieur. Bien situé dans petit quartier avec commerces et restauration. Proche du centre. Nous avons été contentes de notre séjour.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Le logement est propre, bien équipé et trÚs bien situé, la mer est toute proche à pied et les magasins de proximité également. Arnaud nous a trÚs bien renseignés avant et durant le séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Nous avons séjourné chez Arnaud pour un week-end entre filles. Emplacement idéal , communication au top . L'organisation des chambres n'est pas parfaite mais tout à fait suffisante avec un peu d'organisation. Je recommande vivement.

Parfait pour nous!

Jolie maison en plein cƓur du quartier Saint Enogat, Ă  50 mĂštres de plusieurs restaurants (mention spĂ©ciale au Pic Ă  bulots) et commerce. Quelques mĂštres plus loin se trouve la plage! L’emplacement est vraiment canon! La maison nous a convenu pour notre famille de 4 dont deux enfants en bas Ăąge. La salle de bain est vieillissante mais sa rĂ©novation aurait sĂ»rement un impact sur le prix de la nuitĂ©e. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et y reviendrons avec plaisir !
