Discover this charming 4 bedroom independent chalet, built in 2010, ideally located in Chinaillon – Le Grand-Bornand.Just 2 minutes walk from the bus stop and 10 to 15 minutes from the ski slopes and hiking trails, it enjoys a perfect location to fully enjoy the mountain in any season.The chalet consists of:Ground floor: garage, ski room equipped with a shoe dryer, laundry room with washing machine and dryer.Main floor: a beautiful bright living space with a fully equipped kitchen, a warm living room with large screen TV, DVD player and wood stove. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath and toilet.Top floor: a large landing with TV corner, three bedrooms (two with convertible single beds, one with 180 cm double bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet.The little plus:Linen (sheets, towels, towels) as well as the final cleaning are included for a care-free stay.Please note: the accommodation is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility (PMR).Enjoy a relaxing stay in this cozy and perfectly equipped chalet!
