Magnolia Linen Company Unit 11 Downtown Auburn Across from Campus!

Historic building across the street from campus and Toomers Corner! Park and walk to everything downtown Auburn has to offer including the football stadium and basketball arena! A mix of historic Auburn and modern furnishings. You won’t find a more central location! All mattresses, dish-ware, televisions, etc are all brand new!

These renovated units are in the center of downtown. One parking space is provided per unit. You must use a parking hang tag to avoid getting towed. This tag is provided in the unit.

THIRD FLOOR WALK-UP - this is an older building and there is no elevator to access the units.

This unit is in the perfect spot!! Very convenient to everything but as some have said, you must be comfortable with the noise from the bars. The noise machines help significantly but the bars have their music blasting until the early hours. The unit itself was as described.

Amazing location to experience downtown and the campus ! Brought my high school senior to tour my alma mater and this was the perfect location to do everything we planned. Great communication from management. Will 100%recommend this property and plan to stay here again. A+++

We recently stayed here with 3 adult couples to visit our kids who are students at Ole Miss and go to a football game. The house was perfect for us with 3 bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms. The kitchen and living area were well equipped and updated with plenty of space for our group. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this rental. Also, great proximity to the Oxford square a d Ole Miss campus.

Great for a visit to our Auburn Student and the football game!

Absolutely wonderful location. It is loud over the bar but we brought noice cancelling headphones and the host has noice machines which took care of it. Great for walking to campus, football stadium, and downtown!

Auburn condo

We stayed in this Auburn condo for a weekend in order for us to visit our daughter at Auburn. Amanda was a very responsive and gracious host, and the location cannot be beaten! The bars are loud as promised, but the noisemakers that Amanda provided were a huge help. Also, the condo is located in a perfect place downtown so it is very easy to walk to restaurants and fun shops. I would say it is not luxurious, but it was clean and got the job done! Thanks Amanda!!

Great location!! Stayed for a parents weekend and the place was perfect for us. Host was very responsive when I called her about questions I had. The unit was clean and well stocked. I’ll definitely book again!

Crazy loud

This apartment is sort of cute, but the noise from the nearby bars is unbelievable. The entire building shakes. The only person who would enjoy staying here is someone who is going to the bars until they close and then just needs a place to crash.

Location

The apartment was nice and impressively clean with a welcoming atmosphere. The stand out was the prime location. You can hear and feel the excitement of the kids returning to campus adding extra energy to our stay. I enjoyed the convenience of walking to breakfast, lunch and dinner. A word of advice… don’t forget anything in your car while unloading or you will get your stairs in. Look forward to returning in the future
