About the property

Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

There are many condos to choose from, so why not choose the one with the best location in Incline Village? You will be two blocks from Incline Beach, and Diamond Peak Ski Resort is just a five minute drive (or take the shuttle that stops across the street and leave the car at home). This is one of the CLEANEST vacation rentals you will find! This two story condo is across the street from the world famous Hyatt Resort with restaurants, night life, casino, and spa just a two minute walk. Enjoy drinks at the Lone Eagle Grill lakefront restaurant without the hassle of parking, or grab a coffee around the corner and people watch. There is always something happening in this part of Incline Village! At just over 1500 square feet, you will find everything you need to make your getaway comfortable. The upstairs features an open living area with 15' vaulted ceilings, soft leather couches, 48" Samsung Smart HDTV with Sony DVD/CD player, ipod/mp3 adapter, gas fireplace, pub bar dining area, and lots of cool art. The kitchen is fully equipped with maple cabinets, granite counters, range, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and some basic supplies. There is a private utility room with washer/dryer and also a remodeled powder room upstairs. From the living area you will have access to the incredibly spacious deck overlooking Lakeshore Blvd. The deck is approximately 270 square feet with plenty of room to dine, BBQ, or just relax and enjoy the view. The downstairs features all three bedrooms and two beautifully remodeled baths. The master has a king bed (yes Goldilocks, Papa Bear likes a firm mattress) with private bath, CD player, mirrored wall,  and lots of room. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, and mirrored closet doors. The 3rd bedroom has a futon which folds into a double bed, twin bunkbeds,  mirrored closet doors, 15' Sharp flat screen TV, Sony DVD, and lots of games/toys in the closet for your kids. This unit has been substantially updated with all new kitchen, new wood laminate flooring throughout, updated bathrooms, knotty pine doors, tile entry, two skylights, reindeer chandeliers, and many other updated features. There is LOTS of off street parking with easy access to this unit. My home's interior was COMPLETELY repainted in 2015 and YES, we have high speed internet with WiFi!

About Darin Adams

We are an active family who enjoy the year round beauty of Lake Tahoe. The benefit to renting our place is that we are SO CLOSE to whatever activity you are seeking. We launch our Sea Doos in the summer and ski at Diamond Peak in the winter. We keep our condo stocked with new art work and nice furniture so it feels like home, not a trashy rental property. We encourage you to provide feedback after your stay!

Why Darin Adams chose Incline Village NV

Best location on the North Shore! Being on Lakeshore means easy access year round to dining, walking trails, Hyatt, even the Diamond Peak ski bus stops across the street.

What makes this condo unique

We have an excellent 3rd story deck with views of Lakeshore Blvd and filtered views of Lake Tahoe. Our deck is unique as it is LARGE, private, and really does extend the living area during warm weather months. Enjoy!

Great place, spacious living room, wonderful location, well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend! We stayed here for a wedding at the Hyatt and had a wonderful time. Owner had prompt communication.

Comfortable and spacious in a great location

  • 5 of 5

Our family of 4 stayed in the condo August 2016 for one last vacation before the start of school. Darin was super accommodating and responsive. The instructions were clear and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and a great place to hangout watching the Olympics at night. Incline Village beaches are busy, so we spent most of our time just up the road at Sand Harbor. We'll likely return next year!

A family reunion in Incline Village

  • 4 of 5

Our family does a reunion every other year. We alternate between the west and east coasts. 2016 was the west coast's time to host and they chose Lake Tahoe's Incline Village. With numbers varying 'til the last minute, each family group arranges for their own housing. Our group changed from 5 to 3 within a month of the reunion. We had chosen the Lakeshore condos because of proximity to the main meeting place and the lake. The Hyatt's amenities being available was a bonus. We found the facility was just what we needed as to location, housing needs, and services offered. The condo is an older place but well kept and the owner was a good host. There were a few glitches in the supplied linens and functions of the condo but he returned our call immediately and these small details were quickly worked out. Our host was easy to work with for scheduling and adjusting payments for last minute changes. He refunded our deposit promptly as promised. For a vacation that was basically a long weekend and we just needed a place to sleep, shower, and catch a quick breakfast this condo was just right!

Dublin, Ohio

Great location, comfortable, clean condo.

My husband and I brought our daughter and teenaged granddaughter for a first-time visit to Lake Tahoe from July 6-13, 2016. I hesitate to recommend this condo too much, because I'd like it to be available for us again when we want it! But, the truth is, we loved it. The location is perfect for what we wanted - right across the street from the Action Water Sports Marina where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, and jet skis, or go out on the Sierra Cloud for a relaxing two-hour ride around Tahoe's north shore. Remember to sign up for the boat ride to Thunderbird Lodge, where you will also tour and learn the history of the lodge; it is worth the trip! There is nearby Austin's Restaurant only a two-minute walk away, and the Hyatt's Lone Eagle Grill (more expensive), just across Lakeshore Blvd. on the lake. The Hyatt is across the street if you like gambling or want a terrific breakfast in their cafe. Be sure to enjoy an early morning or evening stroll along Lakeshore Blvd. to breathe the healthful air and enjoy the immaculate landscaping of the beautiful homes. Now, the condo: It is one of the best we've stayed in. It is very nicely decorated in both furniture and artwork, and has plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need. In nice weather, the large deck is where you'll spend a lot of time for morning coffee, relaxing, or an evening beverage. The furniture is very comfortable, there is plenty of room for everyone, and this condo is clean! The firmness of the master bedroom mattress was mentioned in another review - yes, it's firm and very comfortable! It reminded me of the mattresses in The Grand on Mackinaw Island, MI. If this sounds like a fake review, sorry, but it's genuine. We live in Dublin, OH and have been coming to Tahoe, where our son lives, for 23 years. We recommend this condo.

Enjoyed the time.

Overall enjoyed the stay. List of suggested minor changes: (1) More room fans. The bedrooms get too hot, and a standing fan in each room would really help. The one upstairs helps. (2) Improve water pressure. The water pressure in the master bedroom shower is too low, so it's hard to even get shampoo out of our hair. Not sure if you have a water "restricter" (?) on the head to save money (?), but the pressure is just too low. (3) Replace wall fixtures. The towel bar and the toilet paper bar were constantly falling out in the MBR bathroom. Suggest you re-install existing fixtures or switch to a better type. (4) Buy some luggage racks. Would help to have at least two luggage racks in each bedroom that swing open to place luggage on instead of the floor. ($25 each at Costco.) (5) Use perfume free detergent. Wife is allergic to perfumes -- had to rewash all towels before using them.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your feedback. I have added 3 bedroom fans and tightened the loose towel and toilet paper bars. The HOA pays for the water bill so the "low flow" shower heads are designed to conserve water, not save money and will remain. My suggestion to you is to travel with "perfume free" detergent to accommodate your wife's allergy, as I am happy with my laundry detergent choice. Glad you enjoyed your stay.
