This completely renovated 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Semi-Oceanfront Beach House sits less than 100 ft from the Corolla soft sandy beach. This hone is sure to please with views of the ocean and a lot of room for the whole family. This home offers ample outdoor space with a private pool open from May 18th through October 19th (heated pool FREE from May 18th - June 22nd and Aug 24th - Oct 19th. The pool heater will auto shutoff if the outside temp gets below 60 degrees at night.) New pool deck with bar area and mini fridge, Fire pit and TV. Fun includes playing ping pong or corn-hole and numerous hang out areas for the kids. The well-equipped brand new kitchen will make the cooks of the group happy with a large island and double dishwashers. This Beach House was setup with the guests in mind including a private cleaner that ensures a clean house with linens and bath towels included with all rentals.

Automatic early check in included with every booking.
3:30PM check in time.
Check out by 9:30AM.

Top Level has the Kitchen, dining area and Family Room and half bath. Ocean Views.

Mid-Level - 4 Bedrooms/2 Full Baths.

Bottom Level has laundry, largest king bedroom, private bathroom, extra room connected to garage game room with futon.

This 5th bedroom includes a King bed and twin bed in the bedrooms sitting area. Connected bathroom with large tile shower.

We made this home ideal for the young children in the group as well as teenagers and adults of all ages. We took the time to try and think of everything to accommodate all families. We hope your family loves this as much as ours does.

Please note that there will not be toiletries provided at the home. We include linens for the beds, A bath towel, hand towel and washcloth per guest and kitchen towel. Please remember to pack all other necessities for your trip.

An Awesome Week!

The house was awesome! It really has it all. Plenty of space inside and out. The bedrooms are all super roomy and the top floor was fantastic for family dinners after long days at the beach. The yard has a great pool and hot tub, a great shelter area for a little shade while outside, and a new feature for my family, a fire pit! Last but not least, the location is incredible. Super short walk to the beach is exactly what we look for and OBXAvalon2 had it. Thank you, Jill and family for allowing us the opportunity to spend our week here! Vince

My family stayed here for a week and have to say the house was one of the best places we stayed in outer banks in all the years we have been going there. The house is better than described and the pool area is so fantastic. Very easy walk to beach and having bikes was extra fun for all of us. If your looking to have a special week in Corolla this is a great place to stay !

Great beach house!

We loved our stay here! We’ve stayed in many places up and down the OBX, and this was our favorite. Clean, spacious, and great access to the beach. The hosts are communicative and helpful. Definitely hoping to stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay.

OBXAvalon2 was a great place to stay. Can’t get any better for location unless you are beachfront. It’s right next to public beach access but you don’t feel like it with the landscaping creating some privacy. There is plenty of beach toys, bikes, beach chairs. Ping pong table in the garage and cornhole. If you want to spend your time reading there are plenty of books and also lots board games and kids toys. Loved the 3 different types of coffee makers. You have everything you need for cooking. Of course bring all your own paper products. Linens and lots of towels are supplied. If I ever come back with the whole family I will definitely see if this place is available.

Great Beach House

This is a very well equipped beach house with a great location. Unfortunately we had a terrible week of cool, foggy weather and didn’t utilize the nice pool area much. The interior home is nicely updated and was very clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. Only complaint would be the difficulty with the TV. Usually the television is rarely on during a beach trip, but with the poor weather we tried signing into our apps to watch movies and would get connected and then booted right out. Again, this is not something I would usually comment on but with the weather we were looking for things to do with the entire family and you can only play so many games:).

The Perfect Beach House

We’ve been vacationing in OBX for over 15 years as a family and never rented the same property twice. This time was different- OBXAvalon2 was perfect in every way. We had ages ranging from a baby to 70+ . We loved the hot tub and heated pool area as well as the Ocean views and accessibility within steps. The house is beautiful and most importantly CLEAN. Not one cobweb or spider web or pile of dust - even in the corners!. I’ve never experienced the level of cleanliness in a rental home- outdoor areas included. Bedrooms were all large and tvs everywhere,. Had a great time with the ping pong table and sitting on the great deck furniture with beautiful views all around. Can’t say enough about this home. Owners are super helpful and responsive.

Great Location

Beautiful house steps away from the beach. Great being able to see the sunrise at the beach every morning. . Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the backyard

Spectacular Stay!

My family and I had the BEST week at Jill's house. I've rented in Corolla for years and this was the best property we've stayed in yet. The Myers are clearly dedicated to ensuring their guests have a superior stay. Jill was super responsive and we highly recommend this house to anyone traveling with children. My niece had the best time with all toys provided.

Relaxing at it’s best

This was our first time staying at Corolla and we loved it. Easy access to the beach and sidewalks for walking and riding. Quiet area that felt like family all around. The property was wonderful. Like most people the bugs on Corolla in the fall are crazy but that is nature. The host was on point with communication. Would definitely rent again from Jill.

Lovely home in Corolla!

We had an excellent week at this property, which is just one block from the beach and less than half a mile from Historic Corolla and the lighthouse. The kids enjoyed the pool in backyard and there was plenty of space for three families (plus!) to very comfortably sleep and each have our own bathroom. The owners were wonderful in communicating with us and setting us up for the rental last-minute. We would definitely stay here again!

The house and the location was perfect! So much detail is evident in the layout, planning, decorating and extra amenities provided. We had a relaxing, perfect week with our family dog 🐶 (thankful for Pet Friendly). Enjoyed endless hours with family in the pool, beachfront, relaxing on the decks, and star gazing!! 5🌟

Excellent place to vacation in OBX. Close to beach!

OBXAvalon was a great place to stay for our extended family! The house was newly remodeled with everything you could possibly need for all age ranges. It was a quick walk to the beach which made it very convenient for our group doing the daily beach scene!

Family fun at OBXAvalon

We had a fabulous week at OBX Avalon. The house is beautiful and well-appointed, and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat! We never even packed lunches for the beach - it was just as easy to walk back and forth! We loved the outdoor spaces of the house - the pool, hot tub, outdoor bar, and fire pit made for relaxing and fun-filled evenings. The Myers family thought of everything and were terrific hosts. They were super easy to communicate with. If you’re looking for a great vacation house, this is it!

Amazing vacation!

We just had an absolutely amazing vacation at OBXAVALON! This house is beautiful! We had a large group of family and friends (ages 13-56) and the house was absolutely perfect for all of us. There was plenty of space for everyone, a fully stocked kitchen and an awesome pool deck with furniture, hot tub, fire pit, grill, bar....the list goes on and on! The beach is just a quick walk across the street and the house even has a view of the ocean from the top level. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. We would love to come back to OBXAvalon one day

Amazing Property!!!

Amazing Property with everything you are looking for. Clean, quiet, family friendly . . . Private pool, toys, baby gates, pack and play, games, beach items, comfy beds, amazing views, laundry, dishwashers, multiple fridges, etc. The biggest problem was . . . We didn’t want to leave😉😀

Annual family Vacation

Our Family Purchased this property in Dec of 2021 and started the renovations right away. We love finding properties that need love and attention and making them ours for our family and to share. We have two boys that are 6 and 8 that we want to grow up taking family vacations to the Ocean.

We saw the location of this property and knew that if we could not be ocean front this was as close as it could get... The beach is "almost" in our backyard! We knew this home had many of things we wanted and could truly make this our own.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Close to the Ocean for kids to have an easy walk. Love the view and location as well as the space and privacy this property offers. The heated pool is an absolute must in the spring and fall! Our family loves using the pool even when the weather is a bit chilly out!
