Questa bella casa 3 camere da letto, che si trova vicino alla famosa Shawnee Mountain Ski Area e la panoramica Bushkill Falls, rende per la vacanza in famiglia perfetta. Gli immediati dintorni Pocono Mountain offrono escursioni, pesca, andare in bicicletta, equitazione, golf, sci, camping, e altre attività ricreative.

La casa si trova all'interno della Pocono Mountain Lake Estates Community (pmle1234. Net), e i residenti hanno accesso gratuito ai servizi locali, tra cui piscine interne ed esterne, campi da tennis, sala giochi per bambini e una palestra. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla casa, si può godere di un lago tranquillo con una spiaggia di sabbia (bagnino in servizio nei mesi estivi). Accanto al lago è un parco giochi e pic-nic con barbecue buche.

Questo confortevole rifugio di montagna dispone di un ampio soggiorno con caminetto funzionante e un centro di intrattenimento con un 52 TV LCD ", DVD, cavo satellitare e impianto stereo. Grandi finestre circondano la stanza, in modo da poter guardare il sole sorgere e tramontare. Una spaziosa sala da pranzo si siede comodamente otto persone, e la cucina è attrezzata con elettrodomestici di qualità e utensili (tostapane, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, piatti, piatti, pentole, ecc.) Tutto quello che devi portare è il cibo.

Il ponte sul cortile tranquillo ha una vasca idromassaggio con 112 getti, gas Weber e griglia a carbone, mobili da giardino per mangiare e prendere il sole. Potrete gustare i cervi che frequentano i giardini durante la cottura la cena o rilassarsi nella vasca idromassaggio.

Il primo piano dispone inoltre di due camere (una matrimoniale e una full size) e un bagno. Il secondo piano camera matrimoniale ha un letto matrimoniale, cabina armadio, e un "TV 47 LCD e videoregistratore. L'ampio bagno padronale completa il secondo piano, e dispone di un bagno turco, sauna, doccia e vasca idromassaggio che si adatta due molto comodamente.

Tutta la casa dispone di aria centrale quindi, anche nelle giornate più calde è possibile mantenere il sangue freddo dentro. Il piano interrato ha una lavatrice, asciugatrice, tavolo da biliardo e una piccola palestra con 3 macchine esercizio.

Fornisco lenzuola fresche pulite, coperte e asciugamani. La casa è sempre immacolata, perché ho un servizio di pulizia che viene a destra prima di arrivare.

This house was in the perfect spot.. private but very close to the beach!! Being that close to the beach was the best part. Loved the master suite as well.

Great all around

My family had a great time staying here in the winter time to catch one last ski day for the season. The neighborhood is very nice, with visits from a beautiful family of deer! The amenities of the house are great, we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and hot tub, especially after a tiring day on the slopes! The kitchen, although fairly small, was fully stocked with what we needed to cook and the large dining table served our needs perfectly for family meals. We would greatly recommend this property and would return again.

Nice remote getaway

Great house to stay with extended family. Unfortunately we didn't have the best weather, so we could not take advantage of the hiking opportunites. The complex has a nice indoor and outdoor pool. Since we had bad weather we wish we were closer to more indoor activities for our kids (bowling, zoo etc is about 30 mins). Still not a bad drive. That being said my kids loved the pool table in the basement. It was old, as were the exercise machines, but worked for their purpose. We did not use the hot tub or sauna. Was very comfortable and roomy for our family and my parents.

Family Fun all year round!

My family and I have been staying at this Bushkill rental for years. Even before my husband and I had children, we would escape here for romantic getaways. We now enjoy it with our 2 year old daughter and 6 year old son. The kids love the lake/beach which is literally around the corner and the close proximity to the indoor and outdoor community pools is great! The home itself is warm and inviting, the fireplace is great on those chilly fall or winter nights and the perfect place to make S'mores. The hot tub on the deck is the biggest plus for me, it is always clean and ready to go. The owner of the property is very polite and makes sure that the pantry and linen closets are fully stocked with everything you'll need to make your stay as worry free and enjoyable as possible. Just bring your food, clothing and personal items and consider yourself ready for fun. We're hoping to stay here again as soon as possible.

Winter stay

Overall cabin in in ok condition just very old and outdated. All furnishings and fixtures from the 80s. The main problem for me was the cleanliness. It said on the listing that the cabin was professionally cleaned before each guest, and there was a fee for cleaning. When I arrived it was clear that this wasn't the case. The towels,sheets, and floors were clean but nothing else. Inches of dust covered the surfaces, the bathrooms were so gross that I had to scrub both of them before we could use them. I messaged the homeowner right away and he responded quickly and even refunded my cleaning fee. But the worst part was the jacuzzi which I didn't find out until the last day. We had used it every night,and then on the last day we used it in the morning. I had noticed that the seats felt a little slippery, but didn't think anything of it. Once I was in it in the daylight I could see why. Who knows when the last time it was cleaned. It was filthy and full of beach sand from the summer time. Our girls had a great time, but I will definitely not stay again.

Family summer vacation

This was the perfect mini vacation at the end of the summer for our family! We loved walking over to the beach and lake where you can fish and swim and build sand castles. The nature and wildlife all around was so fun. Thank you it was such a great getaway. Such a lovely area! Thank you!

Great Experience

Overall this was a great experience. Getting there and check-in was very easy. Location is great - just few minutes away from Bushkill Falls, very quiet. We had deer grazing nearby all the time. They would come as close as 5-10 feet from the house. The manager/owner was super responsive and easy to get hold of. They were very accommodating and helpful. The house is on the older side and needs some repairs but that did not bother us too much. The main areas were were stay (e.g., living room, deck, bedrooms) were very clean but there were a lot of small things that needed repair/paint/touch-up. That was not a big deal for us. Overall this was a great trip. Thank you for letting us stay at your house.

Nice place in the Poconos

We enjoyed staying at this home in the Poconos. We were here for Thanksgiving, so mostly just hung around at home, but were happy for the hot tub, fireplace, and sauna. Thanks for the nice place to stay, and excellent communication and easy process!

All Inclusive Lake Beach getaway

With the included amenities of the lake community, you have premium access to a lake beach, canoeing, fishing, sand volleyball and more. Very private area that is backed up to the woods, so you can sip coffee with the deer in the morning. My significant other and I had a great break from work retreat.

Perfect location and tons of deer!

We absolutely loved staying here! Amazing location, woke up to deer in the yard every morning, awesome hot tub, my husband LOVED using the sauna, HUGE jacuzzi tub in the master….. we really did love it all! Host was easy to reach and sent us all of the local spots to visit. My family can’t wait to go back!!

Great place for family and friends!

The place was very nice and relaxing. Got to enjoy the hot tub and relax under the stars. The scenic driving routes are beautiful. Indian musium and Bushkill falls park were awesome. The lake is a 6 minute walk from the house. The house needed a deep clean for sure, wasn't bad on the surface. Mostly clean. There were some damages to house when we got there, but nothing crazy. The house is maintained for the most part. The owner was very polite, was fast to respond and answered all of my questions. Great place to stay! I do recommend!
