Comfortable apartment of 35m2, well appointed in the residence "Les balcons du soleil" at 1800 m above sea level, 250 m from the ski lifts.
You are on the 6th and last floor with elevator, and you benefit from an unobstructed view of the mountain and the village. South-East orientation. Pleasant balcony of 6 m2.
Sleeps: - 1 closed bedroom with 140 cm bed
- 1 mountain corner with 3 bunk beds in 90
- In the living room a BZ sofa for 2 beds in 140
The apartment is equipped with:
- a television
- a kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, microwave, oven, coffee maker, raclette machine.
- Large closet
Bathroom with separate toilet
Free parking at the foot of the residence
Heated outdoor swimming pool (only in summer)
Hot spot (bakery), and possibility of ski equipment rental on the first floor of the residence

RATES: Christmas holidays: 700 euros/week.
Winter holidays: 700 euros/week

For the Christmas and winter holiday periods, rentals are only by the week.

Accueil au logement parfait avec la conciergerie. Logement très propre, très bien équipé et très bien agencé. Parfaitement placé et ensoleillé dès le matin.Navettes gratuites jusqu'à Allos.

Appartement grand (nous etions 2 adultes et 2 enfants), fonctionnel il y a tout. Propre, bonne literie. Emplacement hors centre mais il y a la navette en bas de l immeuble. Il y a aussi un loueur de ski dans l immeuble qui est tres bien.Nous avons eu un problème d eau à notre arrivee, la concierge a été top.

Très bon emplacement

L appartement est bien agence et très bien place. La terrasse est très appréciable. A part un couac à l arrivée (une heure d attente pour récupérer les clés) nous avons été très bien accueilli. Propriétaire disponible et réactif. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour on recommande!
