This exceptional apartment offers rare volumes characteristic of the original architectural touch of Avoriaz. Its suspended bridge, views of the Morzine valley, two bathrooms and original designer rooms make it a very privileged vacation spot...



Located on the top floor of the Cedrela residence, this extraordinary apartment offers splendid views of the Morzine Valley. Its wide entrance leads to an independent toilet with a sink and washing machine (with dryer) and then to the fully equipped kitchen. (Refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven & microwave.)

Near the kitchen, you will have a large dining area with a magnificent wooden table. This space is separated from the living room by a fireplace and shelves. The living room is full of original designer pieces and has a spectacular Roche-Bobois sofa. A round table allows you to telework while enjoying the view or relaxing in the sun (west-facing apartment)

The spiral staircase will lead you to the bedroom areas of the apartment:

The first bathroom on the left has a shower. The second consists of an independent toilet and a bathtub.

The children's bedroom has 4 bunk beds in 90. The apartment is indeed composed of a suspended bridge that will allow you to reach the master bedroom consisting of a queen-size bed, a dressing table and a large storage closet.

The apartment has a decorative fireplace, which unfortunately is not usable for safety reasons.



The views of the Morzine valley are impressive.



A ski locker is available at the entrance of the residence.



The apartment is entirely at your disposal.



Based in Avoriaz, we are 100% available during your stay.



Direct access to the slopes from this residence located in the historic district of Avoriaz. Thanks to public elevators, you will be 8 minutes from the supermarket and the center of the resort.



Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian resort.

Very good experience in Avoriaz.

Very useful apartment in a perfect location, just 1min walking from the Les Prodains Express and 10min walking to the center. Last floor with a great view to the mountains and Morzine Village.

January 2023 - couple stayed for 1 week

This apartment has spectacular views over the mountains - every morning we would have our breakfast taking in the view. It is 30 seconds walk from the main gondola that connects morzine and Avoriaz so when you arrive in the resort it’s a very short walk to the apartment. At the foot of the apartment it is sloped so you can put your skis on and whizz down to stade/Ingres/tour ski lifts which connects you to the wider resort. And there is a ski store one the ground floor. The apartment has everything and more we needed - very warm and spacious. I also think it would be great for kids. There were more cards and board games than I have ever seen in a house (a whole stacked shelf with maybe 30) also a Nintendo wii with controllers and a smart tv with Netflix. We found all the amenities very easy to use and the fact that there are 3 restaurants at the foot of the apartment block means we could grab a bite easily but because the apartment was so easy to access we had lunch or dinner in the apartment more times than we expected. I have skiid and stayed in val d’isere, val thoren, les arcs etc - all brilliant but I think Avoriaz is my favourite. I would highly recommend the resort and this apartment in particular and will most definitely be coming back.

Tres bon sejour a Avoriaz dans ce bel appartement avec une vue magnifique.

La vue. Aucune des 3 lampes à pied du living room ne fonctionnait, le frigo faisait un bruit étrange de claquement, et il n'y avait qu'un seul mini-verre à vin à disposition (on en a acheté 2 qu'on a laissés sur place).

Wonderful stay at Avoriaz

This is a wonderful apartment, seventh floor penthouse with fantastic views over the Valée des Ardosiéres and Morzine. It is excellently appointed and furnished with everything you need. We arrived by car and came up on the Prodains Express which gave really easy access to the Apartment just across the piste. Johann had no problem accommodating our late arrival when the flight was delayed, and was always immediately available and responsive if needed. As for the skiing, we know and love Avoriaz, as well as the local runs on Intréts, Fornet, and Chavanette there are huge areas to explore in Lindarets, Chátel, Morzine and Les Crosets Switzerland….. The snow was good and we had sunshine all week. Can’t wait to get back next year.
