Watch the dolphins and manatees as they frolic in the surf in front of the building. The complex offers beachside heated pool and hot tub, tennis, recreation center, fitness and BBQ picnic area. Walk to Publix or drive a few minutes to St. Armands Circle restaurants and shopping.
