Cocoonr agency offers this stunning sea views apartment, located in a peaceful setting, 300 meters from the beach, within the beautiful La Ronceray residence, in the heart of a superb park with a tennis court, direct access to the beach, and hiking trails.

Situated on the 3rd floor with elevator access, this 65 m² accommodation includes:
- A lovely living area with an open kitchen, living room, and dining space, opening onto a north-facing balcony equipped with 2 deck chairs, a small table, and 2 folding chairs.
- A hallway with closets and storage leads to 2 double bedrooms (160x200 beds), each with a sea-view balcony.
- A separate bathroom with shower.
- At the entrance, a separate WC with a shower and washbasin.

The 4-hectare park is communal with other accommodations. You will have access to the tennis courts, and there are parking spaces in the residence, along with a private garage. From the park, you have direct access to the GR34, allowing you to reach Dinard via the coastal path (gate with a code lock).

Nearby attractions: Dinard and its shops are 1.7 km away.

The Prieuré beach is 300 meters away, the Port Breton Park is 750 meters, the Dinard thalassotherapy center is 3.7 km, and the golf course is 12 km, while the equestrian center is 750 meters away.

GOOD TO KNOW:
- The nearest shops are 1.5 km away.
- Linen included: sheets, towels, dish towels, and bath mats.
- Additional shower and washbasin in the WC.
- Free WiFi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning does not include regular tasks such as dish cleaning and organizing, or trash removal. An additional charge will be applied if Cocoonr needs to handle these tasks for you.

You will be greeted on site personally by a member of the Cocoonr agency in Saint-Malo who will introduce you to the accommodation, answer your questions, and hand over the keys. Hotel-quality bed linens and towels (4/5 stars) are provided, and your bed will be made upon your arrival.

The View!

This was a clean apartment equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect as you can get to Mont St. Michel, St. Malo and into the center of Dinard easily, Dinan is also an easy drive. Watching the ferries and other boats go back and forth was entertaining. The building was clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Heol "Schöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Mehrblick, Service der Verwaltungsfirma könnte besser sein..... 🙂 Die Wohnung hat eine tolle ruhige Lage im Grünen, ist sehr schön und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer haben einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer und direkt rüber nach Saint Malo und Dinard. Das Auto kann man in der abschließbaren Garage in der Tiefgaragen des Gebäudes parken. Hier gibt es auch einen direkten Zugang zum Aufzug zur Wohnung. Wir konnten wunderbar fußläufig in den Hafen von Dinard laufen und mit der Fähre nach Saint Malo fahren. Perfekt! 🙁 Die Wohnung wird nicht vom Eigentümer sondern von einer Immobilienagentur betreut. Dies war, im Vergleich zu dem was wir von der Betreuung durch Privateigentümer bisher kannten doch ziemlich enttäuschend. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe sollte man erwarten können, dass man nicht nur gefragt wird, ob man noch Fragen hat sondern, dass man proaktiv wichtige Informationen zur Nutzung des Apartments erhält, da man ja selber ganz neu hier ist. Wir hätten gerne Wäsche gewaschen. Leider war nicht klar ersichtlich, wo das Wasser dafür aufzudrehen ist. Dies wurde uns beim Bezug des Apartments nicht gezeigt und auf eine WhatsApp an die Dame (Helene) der Schlüsselübergabe gab es keinerlei Reaktion. Auch ein Anruf bei der Agentur führte nicht zum Erfolg. Die in Apartments üblicherweise in einem Ordner zusammengestellten wichtigsten Informationen zum Apartment und z. B. wo gibt es was in der Nähe (Supermarkt, Restaurantempfehlungen....) gab es hier leider nicht. Was man aber alles zu tun hat bevor man das Apartment verlässt (Geschirr spülen, Müll trennen und in die Müllcontainer bringen .................) wurde einem aber deutlich über ein Schild in der Wohnung mitgeteilt. Da uns leider bei der Schlüsselübergabe die Müllcontainer nicht gezeigt wurden und diese auch nicht so einfach zu finden sind, hatten wir einigen Aufwand mit der Suche und Telefonaten mit der Agentur. Für den Zugang zur eingezäunten Apartmentanlage haben wir eine Fernbedienung für das Einfahrtstor erhalten. Schlüssel/Fernbedienung sollten wir am Abreisetag in den Briefkaste der Wohnung werfen, den man aber nach dem Rausfahren nicht mehr erreichen kann. Leider hat uns bei der Schlüsselübergabe niemand den Code für das Einfahrtstor mitgeteilt, den man aber braucht um nach dem Einwerfen von Schlüssel/Fernbedienung das Grundstück wieder verlassen zu können. Einen entspannten Urlaub stellen wir uns ein bisschen anders vor."

Heol "Vue spectaculaire - Einzigartiger Blick in ruhigem Ambiente, in Laufweite zur Innenstadt von Dinard, ein Traum. 🙂 Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und etwas abseits der Stadt in einem grünen Garten. Sie ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, zwei komfortable Doppelzimmer, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und zwei Terrassen, die einen spektakulären Blick auf die Bucht von St.Malo und Dinard bieten. Der Blick ist einmalig und man kann Stunden auf dem Balkon verbringen. Obwohl wir eigene kleine Ferngläser dabeihatten waren wir sehr froh um das große Fernglas, mit dem man die Boote und die Bucht genauer ansehen konnte. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Spülmaschine angenehm leise. Es gibt genügend Teller/Tassen/Besteck sowie Kochuntensilien. Nathalie vom Buchungsportal war sehr freundlich, schnell und engagiert. Sie hat uns unkompliziert und schnell einen zweiten Hausschlüssel gebracht, was praktisch war mit älteren Kindern. 🙁 Nichts! Für ganz Spitzfindige: ein winziges Manko (das eigentlich keines ist) ist, dass in den Schlafzimmern Steckdosen fehlen, um auch mal mehr als ein Gerät aufladen zu können."

The 180° panoramic views from the balcony and both bedrooms are superb with the to and froing of ferries and yachts throughout the day. The facility offered in the kitchen was more than adequate. 🙁 For some reason, the dishwasher was partly filled with dishes from the previous visitors! Some instructions on how to operate the television would have been appreciated."

We thought this was an excellent idea and we contacted Florian (our named contact) on the day to coordinate arrival times which worked really well. This made us feel a bit more secure as travelling from the UK. Beds were very comfortable and the view was amazing at all times of the day. Balcony was great for a pre-dinner drink. Plenty of room with 2 showers and very bright and welcoming when we returned from a day out. We also appreciated the delicious local produce supplied. 🙁 We enjoyed every minute in the apartment and could not fault it in any way."

Cet appartement est parfait, propreté, décoration, literie excellente, une vaisselle de bon goût, matériel de cuisine de qualité. Il ne manque rien , la vue est juste exceptionnelle Vue sur St Malo, et un calme ….. Beau séjour Merci aux propriétaires, on se sent bien chez vous !!!
