This apartment sits on the 9th and last floor of residence Sassafras. Very close to Aquariaz, slopes and center, it is also very calm and located in prime location of promenade des Ardoisières.

- Entrance with a large room to store ski equipment.
- 1st bathroom with shower and separated toilet
- Kids room with 1 single bed + 2 bunk beds and lots of storage
- Fully equiped kitchen, living room with sofa, dining table, chimney and smart TV. Access to the south facing balcony with a jaw dropping view
- Adults room with storage and double bed
- 3rd room with a bunk bed
You'll have access to the apartment and it's balcony.

Located in the historical part of Avoriaz, Promenade des Ardoisières Neighborhood is 2 steps away from the center and very calm. Really easy ski-in/ski-out.
Avoriaz is 100% ski/pedestrian resort.
