Charming terraced house in a quiet residence in the Socoa district. A few strides from the beach, the port, the shops and hot croissants for breakfast! On the ground floor, a living room bathed in light, a fully equipped kitchen area and separate toilets. On the first floor, a small landing distributes a first bedroom with a 140x200 bed, television and open dressing room. Then a second bedroom with twin beds of 90x200. Finally, a bathroom with wc. From the main room, you access a pretty wooden terrace, protected from view by a hedge of shrubs, perfect for taking meals, relaxing in the deck chairs or taking a nap! Free and free street parking Magimix coffee machine (classic capsules) To be paid before your arrival: tourist tax. Online deposit only. Optional services to be provided before arrival: - Sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels: 20€ per person - Cleaning during or at the end of the stay at 80€ - Mini box: €49/week or €10/day within the limits of available stocks.
