Spacious and clean cottage

We enjoyed our stay here at Biganos. The cottage was clean, spacious, well equipped and private. Our daughters (aged 7 & 10) loved the swimming pool. It is not heated so they definitely needed their wetsuits but it was only May! We found the area to be quiet and relaxing but not too far away from various activities by car. We hired bikes at the small port at Biganos and found there to be plenty of cycle lanes, though we perhaps under estimated some of the distances to cycle. We also visited the Pilat sand dune and the lake at Biscarrosse where the children loved the shallow water for swimming, pedalo and canoing. All in all a good base for a family holiday in this area.

Not worth the price

We picked this one because it had honest reviews stating the state was a bit oldish as described, but the owners were really nice. But the owners changed, I wouldn't qualify the new ones as friendly. Available, but not friendly. Plus quite a lot of little issues : pool turning green, ants invasion and moisture in the kitchen, water not exactly warm ... Overall it was a bad experience, especially considering the price.

Séjour agréable. Maison très propre mais qui nécessiterait quelques rafraîchissements, notamment la cuisine et les extérieurs. L'emplacement est très calme et ombragé

location villa 8 personnes

très belle villa, bien équipée (à revoir quand même le nombre d'assiettes et couverts pour 8 rt surtout le couteau à huitres pour la région) excusable en fin de saison séjour particulier de 3 jours pour un décès en famille adresse que je garde et communiquerait à des amis belle prestation qualité prix accueil très convivial cordialement

Beau potentiel mais…

L’emplacement de la maison est idéale pour découvrir tout ses alentours. Par contre la maison était très sale. Des toiles d’araignées partout, nous avons récuré le sol dès notre arrivée, l’eau était noire. Une sensation de maison laisse à l’abandon ou pas visitée depuis un moment . Nous sommes désolé de laisser ce genre de commentaire mais comme la plupart nous nous sommes laissés convaincre en lisant les commentaires précédents et à se demander si ils ne sont pas faux car ça ne reflète pas du tout la réalité.

pour une première réservation d'une maison avec piscine je recommande

la maison reflète la description qui est sur le site pas de surprise, l'accueil des propriétaires était sympa, le cadre très relaxant au calme, le seul b mole c'est qu'il n'y a pas de clim à l'étage, juste pour info la profondeur de la piscine pour des petits bouts c'est pas évident car elle fait +/- 150cm partout . Sinon je recommande cette réservation ++++++ j'y retournerai et je l'a conseille fortement

Très bon séjour à Biganos

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé : la maison est bien équipée (console de jeu, billard, baby foot, tv, internet,...), l'environnement est calme, les pistes cyclables sont à proximité avec la location de vélo des propriétaires juste en face de la maison, et le bassin d'Arcachon dévoile son côté nature à Biganos et à proximité. Un très bon séjour !

Vacances en famille ( 3 générations )

La maison est telle que décrite. Au calme , près de la forêt et du petit port de BIGANOS avec joli jardin ombragé et ensoleillé et piscine très appréciée, des jeux pour les enfants et les plus grands et 2 vélos à disposition . A l'intérieur rien ne manque , une cuisine très très bien équipée, différents endroits pour prendre ses repas ou se reposer, un salon confortable et même une guitare et un piano électrique. Madame SARDI nous y accueille très agréablement et veille à ce que tout se passe bien . Bref tout pour d'excellentes vacances reposantes ou actives selon les goûts ou le moment , dans une jolie région.

accueil trés sympathique d'autant que l'époux de la propriété est décédé trés récemment le linge est fourni en quantité abondante ,le jardin et la piscine est très agréable un seul petit bémol il y a beaucoup trop de vaisselle il manque un peu de place pour ranger ses provisions . Sinon tout est parfait tout est prévue pour votre arrivée. à recommander

Maison trés agréable

Très bon séjour dans cette maison. Nous étions 8 adultes, 3 enfants et nous avons tous apprécié ce séjour en famille . Le coin est calme, la piscine bien sécurisée pour les enfants. Prendre tous ces repas dehors sur la terrasse bien ombragée est un plaisir. Biganos est idéalement situé sur le bassin. La maison est toute équipée et grâce à l'accueil des propriétaires, Mr et Mme Sardi, on se sent vite à l'aise. Même remarque qu'un avis précédent mais sans conséquence, un peu trop de vaisselle stockée dans les placards de la cuisine. A recommander sans soucis.
