A separate toilet is also located on this floor. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm bed and a desk. There is a shower room with a shower and toilet, as well as a mezzanine with games and books.

A beautiful private swimming pool, open from June to September and heated to a maximum of 27°C upon request (weather permitting), measures 8 x 4 m, is 1.50 m deep, uses salt water, and is secured by a roller shutter.
