This spacious villa facing the sea offers a clear view, with Ibiza as a backdrop. Access to the sea (120m) and creeks is via a small path.
With direct access from the main road of the island, it is located a little before the typical village of Es Calo.
Offering beautiful volumes, the living areas are very pleasant: a large dining kitchen and a comfortable living room, with large bay windows with sea view and several dining terraces.
3 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and an extra bedroom for children or staff. 2 shower rooms + 1 outdoor shower.
Very comfortable villa, well decorated and pleasant to live in.

Fantastic villa in great location

Seamless experience from start to finish. We've taken our vacations on the island for over 10 years and our stay at this villa was our favourite so far. Very spacious and slick design 5 minutes from the best beaches. Highly recommended.

Beautiful House with amazing views // only a bit too close to the road

We spent 7 Nights in this beautiful and stylish House with a Group of 6 adults. The House has a modern style and we especially enjoyed the views from most of the rooms and especially the terrace, Kirchen and livingroom to the sea. It is very spacious with enough space to put your clothes and luggage. The kitchen was nice eventhough the oven wasnt easy to handle. We had some days with heavy rain which lead to some leaks in the roof and minor floodings in the livingroom. But thats probably common for spanish houses. We liked the atmosphere of the House so much that we spent 3 or 4 nights at Home Cooking our own dinner. The only real disappointment was the Location as it didnt get clear from the descripitons how close the House is to the narrow street. While it didnt really bother us on the Backside (terrace/garden), it was quite loud during the Night in the bedrooms as you hear cars and scooters all the time. Also there was a constant noise coming from a generator around the property or something like that, that we didnt really figure out but got used to it. The Communication and the checkin were excellent. Fast, precisely and always very polite. The Price seems a bit too high all in all, especially regarding the noises and the faxt that the House Dienst have a Pool and not the highest Standards in furniture (kitchen stuff, mostly Ikea furniture, low quality Electric devices…) but still we enjoyed our stay and had an amazing time! Thank you Nicolas and Luana!!

Nos hemos alojado en esta casa en Formentera y ha sido una experiencia fantástica. La localización es perfecta, muy cerca de la carretera principal, lo que facilita moverse por la isla. Sin duda, la mejor parte es el acceso directo al mar: un rincón precioso donde recomendamos llevar escarpines para mayor comodidad. La casa acoge cómodamente a 10 personas gracias a su excelente distribución y a las múltiples zonas para relajarse y disfrutar en grupo. Todo estaba muy limpio y en perfectas condiciones, prácticamente como nuevo. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver.

Bonita y Tranquila

La casa es muy bonita y esta en muy buenas condiciones. La localización es muy buena y tranquila y las vistas son preciosas con zona de matorral típico de Formentera y el mar al fondo. Aunque la zona de costa es de rocas, te puedes dar un baño si llevas el calzado adecuado y el mar está tranquilo.
