Checkin and maintenance issues
Had to wait for 90 minutes despite having the code to the room. Property manager came to fix it while we stepped away and then they tried to tell us that it was our fault and we did not do our stuff properly. The staff wasn’t apologetic after the delays and the incident.
Thank you for this review Manish. We do apologize for the confusion during your check-in process and hate that you found yourself in front of the wrong door. We will absolutely examine our Guest Portal instructions to make sure our guests don't accidentally end up at the wrong building in the future. We hope to see you again.
