Beautiful very bright and quiet apartment a stone's throw from the beach. Completely refurbished with large balcony with sea view, American kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, two bright bedrooms and a very good sofa bed. T3 very well located for all outdoor activities: swimming, hiking (the mythical GR34 passes by), sailing, kite surfing, photography, in short an ideal accommodation for a beach holiday! Beautiful tourist villages are quickly accessible (Lannion, Tréguier, Ploumanac'h). Golf 30 minutes by car.

The accommodations are very well equipped, both in terms of beach games (body board, skimboard, etc.), bedding and daily equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, iron, hair dryer, plenty of storage, etc.).
Very well equipped kitchen with all the equipment just like at home for those who like to cook: food processors, utensils, crockery, pots and dishes, coffee makers - filter, Italian and bodum -, kettle, toaster, crepe maker...
The beach is in front of the residence, with local shops and very good restaurants (crêperies, pizzeria, etc.). We recommend in summer, on weekends, the village festivals (famous Breton fest-noz). A surf school is open on the beach opposite 50m away, as well as the tourist office.
An ideal stay in a relaxing and natural setting, on the edge of the Pink Granite Coast.
Sheets and towels not provided. The apartment must be cleaned on departure. A cleaning fee of 50€ can be offered on request at the end of the stay.
In July and August, rental from Saturday to Saturday only.
