Holiday home with 5 beds, located in a residential area with caretaker: "Fishermen's Island" is a picturesque site on the Barcarès peninsula, surrounded by water and small private harbours.<br>Important: Linen and towels not provided.<br>Equipment:<br><br>On the first floor: entrance via a small garden and pergola terrace.<br>1 small living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table and flat screen TV, <br>1 separate toilet, <br>1 equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and plenty of storage)<br><br>On the first floor: <br>1 bedroom with a 140 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 beds (1 140 and 1 bunk bed 90).<br>1 bathroom with large shower and sink.<br><br>Outside: <br>-Parking reserved by resident number<br>- 1 terrace/pergola of 15m2 with large table and benches. <br>-1 private garden separated from the adjoining dwellings by a hedge.<br><br>A festive holiday space:<br>The real estate area of the Ile aux pêcheurs is a very well located family site with free and private access to many structures and leisure activities:<br>Swimming pools,<br>Fun slides <br>1 Gym -sauna/hammam/jacuzzi<br>2 restaurant areas and a small food of 1st necessities.<br><br>Access is given on presentation of a "bracelet-pass" which is in the rental, to be returned at the end of the stay.<br><br>And all around:<br>Numerous cycle and walking paths over several km. <br>200 metres away is the Natura 2000 pond with water activities: kind of surfing, windsurfing, paddle boarding...<br>1 km away is the large beach with easy and protected access.<br>1km away the port and the village with summer entertainment.
